The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast every morning was excellent, with a great selection. You step outside and you're right on the beach.

Worst experience ever
Worst hotel experience ever. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
The room had no windows and there was a very unpleasant smell. Even more concerning, the floors become extremely slippery when it rains, making them genuinely dangerous. My child slipped and fell, and we had to go to the hospital because the injury required stitches. The hotel initially offered to arrange a nurse, but afterwards told us that the nurse was not available.
The housekeeping was also very disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, shower gel and other amenities were not regularly refilled, and there were never enough towels.
The restaurant was another disappointment: very expensive for the quality of the food.
Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, inadequate service and, most importantly, the safety issue with the slippery floors made this a terrible experience. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it, especially for families with children.

Something I will never forget!
Astoria Boracay - More Than Just a Hotel.
During one of the most difficult situations I have ever experienced, the entire team of Astoria stood by me with genuine care, concern, and humanity.
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank the GM, Sir Tey, your guidance, kindness, and concern gave me comfort and reassurance during a very stressful time.
To Security Manager Sir Rolly, thank you for personally accompanying me and making sure I was safe throughout the entire situation. You went far beyond what anyone could ever expect. Naging instant tatay kita during one of the hardest moments of my life. Your presence gave me peace of mind and support when I needed it the most.
To Sir Jonathan, thank you for taking the time to visit me and for your sincere advice. And to Sir Rommel, thank you for extending beyond your working hours just to continue assisting me. I truly appreciate your dedication and kindness.
I also want to sincerely thank all the staff and security personnel of Astoria Boracay for your professionalism, quick response, respect, and genuine kindness.
Even though we did not know each other personally, you treated me like family. That is something I will never forget..

I always enjoy coming to this resort because of its location, and cleanliness (great job, attention to detail of their housekeeper named HoneyBoy.) Lastly, however, the food is just good but not great this time. I hope that they can improve this more.

It’s so clean and bright and safe. I just had the most wonderful experience. Here was so beautiful.
I stayed for two weeks. It was wonderful every day. Everyone treated me so well I really loved it and I’ll be coming back. It’s outstanding. You’re so cute.Milo ,Jona she was nicer the guys,loreto, they treated me so good. I love it. The food was excellent. I ate here every morning and night. The rooms were excellent so clean and comfortable. I just had an outstanding stay here. It was so wonderful. I’ll be coming back.
