A good cheaper Hotel, although a bit basic. Still a good choice for budget minded travellers.👍

WORST HOTEL EVER- NOT RECOMMENDED

This is not to bash but to make the management aware.
1. Pillows : Nakakadiri na mga unan. I'm not sure if the management is aware of it or the Housekeeping Supervisor include this in their monthly reports.
2. No safety box in every room : I'm not sure if the Hotel Management is aware that this is a must?
3. Room is dusty : The supervisor's duty is to double check vacant rooms and approved if this is ready for occupancy. However it seems like the Supervisor didn't do his job.
4. Faulty door : Wala kaming ilang oras naka check-in pero nagloko na yung door. At first akala namin expired na yung card, so pina update muna namin. But then I realized, low bat yung door kaya hindi gumagana yung keycard.
5. The most epic part : Their menu. Their menu is currently displayed in their Front desk reception, lobby area and distributed in their room. But take note nakalagpas ito sa mata ng Manager whoever incharged sa cross-checking ng mga ginagawa ng mga Staff nila. Very simpe but take note the meal is not 99 pesos. It's 260 + service charge per serving. So every detail matters. It says their ALL DAY BREAKFAST SERVED with GARLIC RICE, 2 EGGS and choice of ICED TEA OR COFFEE.
Guess what!!? They made us wait for 30 minutes pero sinerved na malamig yung food. White rice, 1 egg. And when I asked the Receptionist on duty, she blamed the OJT. Na mali daw yung pag-ka print out ng menu. And by the way if hindi pa namin ni remind yung drinks, there would be no drinks to be served. The coffee of your choice na binanggit is yung maligamgam na 3-in-1 Coffee.
Amore Hotel what are you doing with your staff?? What SOP have you implemented and How come you allowed your menus to be displayed and distributed kung mali pala ng OJT? Who's fault is this? The OJT or the Manager responsible to oversee the operations?

Room is ok but the shower curtain and rug in bathroom needs to be replaced - old and looks bad - hotel can’t afford to ignore little things that makes guests feel better - rate is good but these two things annoys me when I bathe - staff assistance is good -

Toilet floor unclean , no tv , chemical smell when we entered the room , staff not good - didn’t smile when we entered not given complete info when we checked in - we have to call front desk for info - needs to improve system -
