Lovely grounds and chapel. Rooms are basic, but just fine. I enjoyed my stay.

Front staff need to be trained at least 10 times to be able to do things right. These people follow you around and asked other employees to follow you also. Worst experience in my life….

I booked this hotel to use the spa but all the amenities were closed and they didn’t even mention it on the website, they still advertise the photos of the spa. There is no wifi anywhere in the resort. The location was great tho with the mountain view.

The room was nice enough but there was no real hot water to shower and the water pressure was very low. I was not given the wifi password. I had to ask where the breakfast was being served. Nothing was really explained to me. The sauna/jacuzzi was not working. This should not be advertised. My son enjoyed the pool and play area so that made up for the negative points
