Top hotel
Very good service, on arrival we got a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was very clean and there were many towels provided. The only thing missing was that a part of the bath stop was missing so that the bath could not be filled.
Furthermore, the hotel is very centrally located and there were many restaurants and shops. In short I highly recommend this hotel.

Delightful experience
Good location, close to Vrijthof and shops, but not bothered by noise. We got an unexpected upgrade, which was very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff in breakfast room was super friendly and very welcoming.

Classic city hotel
Well-managed, authentic city hotel in an old-school style with friendly staff, air-conditioned, clean, in a nice central location. Breakfast was okay and plentiful; from the bay window of the spacious superior rooms facing the (lively) street, you have a pretty city view - the smaller standard rooms sometimes have windows facing the courtyard and are definitely quieter for it. A typical, modern Q-Park underground garage is within sight. Conclusion: certainly not a Marriott palace, but still worth a return visit.

Excellent location & service
Location is 7*, just 20 steps away from André Rieu where we attended his concert! Service was impeccable Manon was AMAZING! Super friendly, helpful always with a beautiful smile Rooms are a bit small but who cares when you're out and about exploring Maastricht Highly highly recommend
