Beautifully decorated loft with a perfect location

The new loft is spectacular! Walking distance to all the bars restaurants and shops and the train station.
I stayed in January in one of the smallest apartments. This time I was lucky enough to stay in this newly built 2 floors loft.
It was beautifully decorated, everything smelled like new.
The entrance is street level, very comfortable when carrying a big suitcase and not having to climb the steep stairs for accessing the other apartments.
Entry level you have a very modern and well-equipped kitchen with a big island in the middle that accommodates 4, and the bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Downstairs you find a dining table for 6 and huge and cozy living room so comfortable you don't want to go out! The bedroom also downstairs with a very big bed so comfy, and the perfect temperature although it was summer We slept like babies.
And on top of everything this pretty loft has to offer there is Frank, the most gracious host, always accommodating our needs, and never saying no to any of our requests. He made our stay so tress free! Also, a shout out to Nichole, the nicest lady, always willing to help and making us feel at home, while keeping the place always sparkling clean!
It is the ideal stay if you are visiting Enschede for a few days and a lovely place to have a dinner party and entertain.

Skip it.

Overrated for the room without window, toilet and bedroom in same section. There is no option to let fresh air inthere.
I am sure Enchade have the better options to offer for accomodation.
Not cozy not comfy as their photos show. Rather coldly and bad smelly.

Nice

Beautiful, well-kept bedroom with lockable kitchen.
Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, hob.
Nice little sitting area in the kitchen.
Really a location for couples because the open shower is right next to the bed.
Very centrally located, next to parking, you can walk straight into the city

Mega kleine studio met open wc naast het bed

Hele hele kleine studio met een bed van 140 breed (twijfelaar). Naast het bed staat het toilet. Zonder muur of wat dan ook of deur, gewoon naast het bed. Dus als jij maar het toilet moet en je partner ligt in bed is dat een belachelijke situatie. Wij moesten 2 hele stijle trappen op. Er is geen lift. Entree ligt in een klein steegje. Entree met de app is top geregeld. midden in de stad is ook prima. Interieur is netjes. Maar in de slaapkamer die 3x4 is staat de douche het toilet en een bed in een hoek gedrukt. Heel benauwde situatie.
