Best place to stay in Santa Fe, Veraguas!

By far your best choice to stay in Santa Fe. A couple of blocks from center of town. Owners are hands on, friendliest people that you will ever meet! Tours and guides arranged. Speak fluent English and Spanish. 1 week stay not enough. Will return in a couple of months for extended visit. Show much more to see in Santa Fe. While “Hostal” is in the name, really private casitas around a very nice swimming pool with a nice community kitchen and dining area. Rooms are no frills, with sink and refrigerator with clean towels, small but clean bathroom with tile shower. Jubliado traveling with my brother who is on 10-day first time visit to Panama. By June 2025, the road from Santiago to Santa Fe will be much improved with new paving!

Excellent - friendliest place in Santa Fe

We love Rainforest Yasmin! We enjoyed the experience of staying here. The bungalows are comfortable. The pool is refreshing. The common kitchen and dining area is excellent. Ricardo and Yasmin are fantastic hosts and tour guides. GREAT!

We enjoyed our stay with Ricardo and Yasmine who welcomed us and accompanied us during a
lancha hike on the Rio Luis they are very friendly and attentive..we sang the Marseillaise...
A big thank you also for the very kind and smiling Demetrio and for the discreet Emiliana..

RAINFOREST YASMIN HOTEL TO FLEE

Very mediocre hotel.
The houses are without any finishing (holes in the walls - cracks) everything is made with recycled materials. In the bathroom, old sink placed too low and mirror placed too high. Attention danger ! Above the shower to have hot water an electrical connection without any insulation, exposed wires to hydrocute. Everything is old. In the common kitchen, dishes that have largely served their time. While nothing is finished, the owner continues to build other rentals which cause noise pollution during the day (workers working). The manager is a honeyed person who does not want to hear any comments about his hotel and to question himself.
You have been warned.............

Friendly place

We stayed here a couple of days. Friendly staff. Didn't speak English but we could understand each other. Lot of plants and trees. Outside kitchen was very pleasant, where you can sit, also when it rained. We enjoyed this place.
