Nice Location
its on nice location near to Mall Road and back view is very good.Staff is good and every thing was fine clean room as hopefully visit again soon.food was good near to hotel everything peaceful atmosphere.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid Mussiaree Hotel Murree
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at Mussiaree Hotel Murree is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They don’t know how to talk to guests and use a very trashy, unacceptable tone.
There is zero concept of hospitality here. Instead of helping, the staff argues, behaves arrogantly, and makes you feel like you’re doing them a favour by staying there. Basic manners are completely missing.
If you value your peace, dignity, and money, stay far away from this place. Murree has many hotels, but this one should be your last choice. I regret staying here and would never recommend it to anyone.

Get hotal reserve by our self as it was near to mall and thay give us parking budget class hotal having bad wardrobes bad broken chairs and beds no exact in bathrooms very bad smell in rooms and bathrooms heating and hot water was good bath room contains all old and broken sanitary not recommended for good stay we pay for three days but left in 2 days needs much repairs to called as hotal or guest house

Nice hotel, but average
Staff are so helpful. Very near to mall road.
Breakfast is good. Room heater is excellent.
Butt washrooms are average. Hotel has own parking.
I visited with my family in January first time to this hotel. I like it so much.
