Very convenient and enjoying
The rooms on the ground floor are especially cool and pleasant, so there is usually no need to turn on the air conditioner.
The breakfast is excellent and well organized.
The staff are very courteous, professional, and welcoming.

Great choice in the historic heart of Bukhara.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and furnished in a traditional style, contributing to an authentic and pleasant atmosphere. Aziz and his staff are always kind, helpful, and welcoming, managing the establishment with professionalism and attention to the guests.
The hotel also offers transfer services and excursions at reasonable prices, a very convenient aspect for those who wish to visit the city and its surroundings without worries.
The breakfast is abundant and varied, with options suitable for different tastes.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes. During the stay, I did not have any negative surprises. Would I return? Very likely yes. An excellent solution for visiting Bukhara and experiencing the charm of its historic city up close.

Yay for location. Nay for safety.
My personal review: I would give this hotel 2 stars overall. One star goes to the breakfast spread, which was surprisingly good with plenty of options. Another star goes to the excellent location — most tourist attractions were only about a 5–10 minute walk away, which was very convenient.
However, I have serious concerns about the hotel’s safety and privacy standards. I checked into my room around 3pm and was resting inside when, at approximately 5pm, a male front desk staff member unlocked my room door and attempted to enter. Thankfully, I noticed immediately and stopped him. Later, when I confronted him at the reception, he claimed it was a “misunderstanding” and said housekeeping wanted to enter the room instead. Honestly, I did not find this explanation believable. He was the same staff member who checked us into the room just two hours earlier, so it is difficult to understand how he could forget the room was occupied. Even if housekeeping needed access, entering an occupied room without proper confirmation is unacceptable.
The incident left me feeling very uncomfortable and made me question the hotel’s overall security procedures. A good location and breakfast cannot compensate for guests feeling unsafe in their own room.
