The best atmosphere in Atana Al-Ashkhara

Great location, quiet, beautiful atmosphere, spacious and clean rooms

I booked through the hotel website and the reservation was confirmed and the second day they call to make sure you canceled the reservation and my answer is not the reservation is valid and I am on the way with you and the shock I waited 4 hours in the reception and returned your reservation what appeared in the problem and the owners of the Booking program are out and they signed in to the hotel. First, they told me that my reservation is complete, only the system is fixed, then the words changed, so no one logs in to give you a room, then I got down and went out and told them to call me and beat me, I ignored and called them and told me that we remind you this time and try to search for your number. They lured me with words and let us give you a room from us and you do not pay anything, but the words changed and told me that the room is priced like this. I told him that I booked two days for less and you give me a large amount and on a small room and his rudeness is that he lies and tries in every way that I do not book. There is no consideration for the inmate at all, humiliation in humiliation. I never expected this thing to lie so obviously from the worst stays of my life and returned home at night.

A place worth experiencing

The layout of the place is a spacious room and living room with a bathroom.
Clean and the furniture is very good
I recommend it instead of rest areas.
The hostel staff are excellent in their dealings.
The breakfast is excellent.
The breakfast staff were very helpful, especially Siam and Chef Rasal.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Atana Stay Team!

Alhamdulillah, we had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at Atana Stay.
The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and treated us just like members of their own family. They communicate so softly, professionally, and with the utmost respect.
We would like to extend a special note of appreciation to the kitchen section, particularly Chef Mr. Rasal and Mr. Siam (waiter). They are genuinely remarkable individuals. When we asked for information about local sightseeing, they went above and beyond to help us with the warmth of old friends, all while perfectly maintaining the hotel’s guidelines.
Furthermore, the dining area was always kept immaculately clean and inviting. Their service was a perfect blend of high hygienic standards and familial warmth. As for the food—it was absolutely delicious, healthy, and highly enjoyable!
Our sincere thanks go to Chef Mr. Rasal and Mr. Siam for making our stay so memorable. We wish them, and the entire Atana Stay team, a bright, prosperous, and successful future ahead!

Relaxation

Great experience at this establishment with a completely unexpected upgrade. The very kind and helpful manager welcomed us with utmost courtesy. The rooms are true apartments, and the location is excellent. The staff is professional, especially the breakfast attendant!! Breakfast could be improved a little, but overall we are really happy with our 4-night stay!! Carlo N.
