Excellent host communication & customer service

I was due to stay here on my first night in Lofoten. The information from the host in advance was excellent. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I couldn’t travel until the following day. The host here was so helpful and had excellent communication. They helped me to cancel my stay when they were under no obligation to. I haven’t stayed over here but given how wonderful the hosts are, it will be the first place it I book when I come back in the future. Thank you for making a stressful situation a little easier.

Hospitality when it is the best!

Fantastic hospitality was. You really get met with warmth. Father and son were fishing and had the very best days in Svolvær because of Lene. The host also prepared several meals. The house has a fantastic location, right by the water and beautiful nature. The pictures don't lie! Not a second in doubt about where it will be booked accommodation next time.
