Incredible Experience. Sad to leave

I just left. I met my husband and we had 8 wonderful days. Food is incredible. Service is awesome. Staff is always great. I want to mention A wondering server named Joy she was incredibly sweet and her personality radiates kindness, The Chefs are beyond talented, Chicken Schnitzel and mashed potatoes plus the bread rolls off the charts good. Deserts out of this world. I miss it very sad to leave

The stay was lovely. We will come and visit again. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. Large nice room. Huge tub that easily fit 2 people. Hot water and AC which is a must for me. The food at tge restaurant was good. We stayed 2 days and enjoyed the visit.

Leola was the best last time i visited and still d best. Staff dedicated to service. Environment was very much conducive. Rooms spacious and well clean.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was outstanding — from the cozy bedding to the perfectly maintained facilities.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. I also appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway. Customer service was top-notch throughout my stay; the team truly went above and beyond to ensure every moment was enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely be returning! 🏨✨

“Where Elegance and Convenience Meet”? No, More Like Where Comfort Goes to Die

I had the misfortune of booking to stay at L’eola Hotel from 13th to 15th October, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Their motto claims “Where elegance and convenience meet”. In reality, the two clearly missed each other by miles.
I decided to spend the latter part of my holiday on the Island to be closer to friends on the mainland. The lobby looked passably clean but utterly soulless, and no reception staff offered a smile, greeting, or even eye contact. For a hotel charging ₦150,000 per night, the service and environment were appalling.
Coming from the superb Vitano Hotel in Lekki, L’eola was a rude shock. Thankfully, I’d only paid for one night in advance, because within 45 minutes of stepping into my room, I was ready to flee.
The room reeked, a foul mix of smoke, mildew, sewage, and stale air. The carpets and surfaces were visibly dirty and stained, the lighting was dim and depressing, and the fixtures were broken, including a barely attached card holder and a flimsy door lock. The furnishings looked decades old, and the mattress was so hard I half-suspected it was just an elevated floor.
When I asked for a refund, the reception staff refused, apparently, money only knew the way into their account, not out. I decided to take my loss and save my sanity, called Vitano, begged them to take me back, and left.
For good measure, my cousin decided to check if I was overreacting. She wasn’t even halfway through the night before she was jolted awake by the overpowering stench of faeces filling the room from someone else’s flushed toilet!
So, if you’re thinking of staying at L’eola, remember L’eola is not where elegance and convenience meet. It’s where both go missing.
