Bad with a capital letter!

We stayed here 1 night and had a cottage by the dirty cold pool. Very noisy and noisy visitors. Restaurant atmosphereless and staff acts friendly but does not come across as sincere. Dinner and breakfast moderate. In the room everything is old and dilapidated. It looks nice in the pictures but I'd try to avoid this place!

Friendly, helpful staff who help with query we had with regard to reaching the Cheetah Conservation Fund. Food was lovely and reasonable. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use other facilities ie swimming pool. We were accommodated to change room from outer edges to centre of buildings. Would stay again

SIMPLE BUT THE STAFF DESERVES 5 STARS

Hotel is basic but otherwise okay. However, you should not have a room near the pool, because there it is extremely noisy due to various things.
The staff is very friendly, but especially receptionist Romina is extremely service oriented and will do everything to help you.

En fait, Ces't si bon. Indeed it is so good.

The place is welcoming in many ways, from the structure to the staff; indeed, it is so good. We felt really at home with an exceptional service that handled our chores.
