It's always nice to come back.

Service from arrival is quite friendly, the attention of the girls and the boys reception is quite good. The restaurant team's entertainment is always top notch. Despite having one or other complication for the bill they can always solve me in time.

Central and with very nice decoration

The location of the hotel is quite good, its restaurant is also very practical. Even though they were wrong in my reservation I had a very pleasant stay, the bed is very comfortable and they put enough amenities for one person.The cleanliness of the waitresses was quite good and the care at reception is quite good. Special mention to Julio who was the first contact for my stay and who knew how to make up for the error of my booking. I'd come back for leisure breaks. Thank you.

Located just one block from downtown Uruapan, the hotel has its own parking for added convenience. It also offers a restaurant serving breakfast to dinner, ideal for enjoying a full meal without having to leave the establishment.

Room service, it was quiet and very nice, the rooms were super clean and the staff was very nice. 10/10 experience i would definitely stay again
