Excellent hotel in tapachula

My experience at the hotel Cervantino excellent, this central, has good security, the attention of the staff is very good, everyone attends and guides you if you want to visit some place or to go out for lunch, and has that bonus of ta support to request the taxi service; I felt comfortable, safe.
Of course I will stay at this hotel again.

Nice quiet place close to Centro

Room 25 is on the second floor in the back corner and is very quiet for street noise. No noisy cantinas heard either. It is considered the superior level and has AC which I normally don't need but was nice in this climate to help sleep and in the middle of the day. No pool on the property. Good clean bathroom and reasonably soft bed. Good wifi in the room and tv with many channels in spanish and maybe a movie in english. Coffee available in the morning downstairs but a nice little restaurant is two minutes away walking and many more available within a ten minute walk towards the center of the city. Some of the staff are bilingual and all are friendly. Credit cards accepted. I stayed here for 3 nights at least and have not left yet.

We appreciate your comment and preference, they were a pleasure to serve you, we are pleased to have had a pleasant stay in the Cervantino, we are in an excellent location in the center of the city, just 3 blocks from the central park; next door we have La Dulcinea cafeteria where they find breakfast from 7am to 3pm;
we have comfortable air conditioning or ceiling fan rooms,
We hope that when he returns to Tapachula he will grant us the pleasure of serving him again in the Cervantino;

Really Bad or Really Awesome. Depends on the room.

So I stayed here 11 days. The first two nights I was put in a room that was pretty bad. It was noisy, smelled bad, and there was no hot water. The bed was old and uncomfortable and had sheets that didn't fit and wouldn't stay on. They were doing construction so you absolutely can't sleep in or use the room during the day. An honest 2 star room.
After two nights I moved into the best room I have had in three months of being on the road. Truly. At the same price too. Hot water, no smell, the sheets fit the bed properly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet. The employees were just great too. They accomodated some changes in my plans and we're so helpful.
I'd absolutely love to stay there again -- provided I didn't get one of the crummy rooms.

A nice place with a friendly and helpful staff. The Room made fresh daily with coffee and water available.

A friendly and nice atmosphere for myself and my wife with the staff always available and ready to help. We would definitely stay there again and the air conditioning was a true blessing. Everything and service was much appreciated . Thank you.
