Very good experience
The hotel is very well located, it is very comfortable, and everything was very clean. But without a doubt, the best part was the service; everyone was very kind.
Antonio was very attentive to us and was always very willing to help us.
Recommended!!

Excellent service.
Everything was very good, perfect location, a spectacular view, close to everything, excellent restaurant service, Francisco served us super well, very charismatic 10/10

Great location: the property is close enough to el Zócalo and the seemingly hundreds of museums and historical places of interest in el Centro; also great to be able to access the red double-decker buses on Reforma to visit various monuments, neighborhoods full of restaurants and Chapultepec park and attractions.

The rooms are very small, and unfortunately our room had an extremely strong plumbing odor that became even worse whenever we used the shower. The bathroom also flooded every time we showered, leaving the entire floor covered in water.
The hotel does have a great location, a beautiful lobby, and nice views, which we appreciated.
However, the service was disappointing. We requested a few items to be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. We called again and no one answered. I then stopped by the front desk, where I was told the items would be delivered, but they still never came. We were also refused an additional key card, which was inconvenient for our stay.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the room conditions and lack of follow-through from the staff made our experience disappointing.

Fair price for a four night stay
For me location has always been key, that way you're in the middle of everything and can move anywhere you like. Minor setbacks on my arrival but it was due to protesters that shut down major roads. That was a bit annoying since the ride from the airport should've been a 25 to 30 minute ride but it was a four hour journey. By the time I got to the hotel the taxi driver had to leave me 7 or 8 blocks away from the hotel. So I had to walk with luggage in hand. This is not a five star hotel at all. But it served my purpose sleep take a shower relax and get out and explote the city. The rooms are a little outdated small shower tiny bath. But where I do give them a five star review is their customer service there staff. Everyone was very courteous and always always always a genuine smile on their face. This is what made me do a this review. They, the staff deserve to be recognized
