Amazing experience! I highly recommend going and staying at Picocanoa!
I cannot recommend enough going to Picocanoa, the whole experience was amazing. I stayed there for 2 nights and I really wanted to stay more.
Starting with the location, it’s in the middle of the jungle (even though it has a really good access just a couple minutes from Jalcomulco downtown). The place is well maintained and well distributed. The amenities are great, including the main pool, the gardens, the additional pool in the safari area, the playground, the dog pool, bars and restaurant.
We had the all-inclusive experience so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant, everything was delicious and well prepared. We also had a special dinner which I also recommend, super b. I had 2 relaxing massages at the spa which is next to the river, excellent they both were excellent.
We also did rafting at the river and the morning trekking, the guides were awesome, I mean it was just great.
And finally, a big applause for the Independence Day celebration which included games, prizes, DJ music and a mexican dinner.
I want to thank the staff for being amazing.
We are for sure coming back !!!

High price for what they offer: hard beds, little variety of food and taste that leaves much to be desired
Very high price for what they actually offer. The beds are hard and the food has very little variety and a taste that leaves much to be desired. The temazcal is for more than 15 people, which makes it unrelaxing, and at reception we were never offered the option to book it privately. Overall, experience does not justify such a high cost, as there are many details to improve in order to truly provide a Service commensurate with the price they charge.

Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations.
First, when we dropped our child off at the Kids Club, we were assured that he would be provided with water and fruit. However, upon picking it up, the staff could not confirm whether he received what was promised, and my son commented that he had not received anything. This is unacceptable, as we trust you to care for our son and deliver on your promises.
We also booked two couples mud therapy services, which were canceled just 28 minutes before the scheduled time. I understand that unforeseen events may arise, but giving such late notice is disrespectful to our time and planning.
As for room 20, we discovered that the mosquito net had holes in it, which allowed insects to enter. This significantly affected our comfort. Additionally, the rooms are advertised as King Cabins, but they are actually two beds pushed together, which is not only misleading but also uncomfortable, especially with the low-quality bedding and pillows.
The shower in the room is ridiculously low, which made using it very uncomfortable.
I would also like to point out that they did not show us the photos of the Rafting service. Although they promised (and never delivered) to send us "thumbnails," this will never be the same as seeing the photos in person and deciding whether or not to purchase them.
The Wi-Fi in rooms 19 and 20 was practically nonexistent or terrible; we were never able to use it effectively. This turned out to be a major inconvenience during our stay.
I expected much more from Picocanoa Rodavento and am disappointed by the series of failures we experienced.

Too hot without air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, good service and location.
Without a doubt, the town is charming and there are many outdoor and sports activities to do, the food is delicious, the drinks are delicious, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. The beautiful pools, you feel like you are in Tulim... However, all this charm is broken when you get to the room, it is too hot, they give you fans that work little or not at all and the mosquitoes eat you at night, the beds are uncomfortable, The first day I woke up with back pain, we are used to luxury hotels, this is more for adventurers who want to feel the experience of being uncomfortable like the heat and a hard bed, if this improved the experience it would be superior.
