Friendly welcome and very quick and easy check in. The hotel itself is very basic with the rooms laid out around a nice courtyard/garden. The included breakfast is some fruit OR juice and coffee, anything else is an additional purchase cooked to order (we didn’t try this as we decided to try elsewhere). The room we were in had a bathroom on the ground floor and then the sleeping area was up some very steep and narrow stairs with no railing/bannister… not for the faint hearted or infirm that’s for sure! The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well but the WiFi was extremely unreliable. Lovely town with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to try.

Great location. Clean comfortable big rooms. Good breakfast in nice hacienda kitchen environment. Only Deon is WiFi in the room was inconsistent.

Worst experience

My worst experience in a Hotel, I have just been there, it is very noisy, they do not have rules to take care of the rest of the guests, families can come to move furniture or beds if I think they are not to their liking, children running in the rooms like amusement park. ZERO Internet signal, this is very important and cleaning work in the early morning that you can hear everything. I will definitely not return. It's a shame it was a bad experience on my trip and also expensive to have this type of experience.
