A nice place to relax as a couple, the exceptional attention and architecture of the place makes you move to the 20s, just my favorite in Chapala Jalisco, the exquisite food and amazing view, the room was very nice and romantic

Great experience

What an incredible hotel. I have stayed here 2 times now with my wife. My visits were 2 years apart, the first visit was in March of 2022, and most recent in March of 2024. Both stays were above and beyond my expectations. Great service, great food, great atmosphere and such a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend!

We will not return, very bad experience

It is not worth the price either for the place, nor for the attention, nor for the amenities, they should charge half for what they offer. More than a boutique hotel, it is a vile Spa, it was midnight, loud music in the pool, screams, people singing, screaming children, etc. I asked the reception at 9:50 pm via WhatsApp until what time they allowed it because my window faced the pool, they answered me at 0:29 that they had already been evicted, that is, almost 3 hours later. There are definitely better options (chante spa, Donaire, areval, quinta fabiana, La Vitabella) believe me, don't waste your money disappointing place was our debut and farewell. Misleading advertising, the pool is super clear and blue in their networks, greenish in reality. The food “menu” written down on a piece of paper, drinks menu was not offered to us. They advertised a coffee maker in the room, I had to ask for it, another day after cleaning the room we returned and they had not changed the coffee, when I requested it they told me oh yes but you have to ask for the change via WhatsApp for the change (illogical). We had a reservation outside for dinner and oh surprise, when we arrived at the parking lot our vehicle could not leave because 3 cars were preventing it; With time, we couldn't go to the reception anymore, much less have 3 people move their cars, so we opted and we had nothing left but to walk so as not to lose the reservation, the good thing was the restaurant was a 10-minute walk away, anyway. It's a shame about the place, it has potential but frankly they don't pay attention to it, I don't know where they get their 5 stars from.

CRIMINALS! DONT STAY!

DO NOT STAY HERE! While it is a beautiful property, they scam you into wrong charges. Not only did they charge us for a premium room with clogged drains, ($300 USD) they presented a dirty washcloth at checkout to make us pay money to replace it. The “luxury” bathtub had no plug so we used the washcloth to keep the water in. Complete filth! We had to switch rooms due to extremely loud mariachi music playing until 12am next door. No hot water for shower in the morning. DO NOT PAY CASH, use your credit card to save you from these criminals.
