Very loud
Is the hotel right next to a club? Saturday night club music as if it were in the room (our room was glued to the latter - n°12) until past midnight; same on Sunday but more local music.
Breakfast: table service; the menu offers omelets with rice but there was no rice and the person does not report it...
Good point for shower products.
Presence of a small car park to the left of the hotel entrance.

Beautiful, Spotless, and Truly Welcoming
Our stay at Aires Bacalar was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after exploring Bacalar.
We would especially like to thank Abigail for her kindness and for making us feel so welcome. We also appreciated seeing the owner actively present and genuinely caring about the guests’ experience. That personal attention truly makes a difference.
We highly recommend Aires Bacalar and hope to come back soon. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
