Great view and good apartment
Good location and great view
The apartment is located near the beach and offers good view from sea view apartament. The rooms are spacious and has a balcony. The room has stove and utensils if needed for cooking. The host Anita was very professional and made our stay smooth

Excellent Apartment Hotel in FlickenFlac
A representative of the hotel contacted us immediately after booking, checked the time of arrival, offered a transfer and specified payment details - the card is only needed to guarantee payment, payment can be made locally, which we used. There was also no deposit at check-in.
We arrived by car, the hotel has a small parking lot inside, but apparently it was occupied, we parked quietly next to each other, there's a big public parking lot by the beach.
The traffic was a little late, as the administrator of the Etiennette was warned, we had no problem waiting.
We were given a room on the 2nd floor, but because the hotel building is a little deep, it turns out we were a little above the fence, but the view is generally good. The big plus is that the road and the sea only have a balcony, which is separated from the room by a long corridor, so the room is quiet. For me and the baby, this configuration was optimal.
The room itself is spacious, in light colours, comfortable bed, the child was beded and a sofa was laid out. Well-stocked kitchenette, lots of dishes, large table inside and table on the balcony. The air conditioning worked well. Large safe - fits laptop and other appliances, not to mention documents.
The room was clean, cleaned every day, separately note that the tip was left without a note - did not take, so the next day a note was left and we were also emailed thanks from the hotel team. Interestingly decorated bathroom door - they didn't find it immediately. The bathroom itself is quite large.
The location by the hotel in my opinion is quite successful - beach across the street, you can walk a little north towards the main beach, where there is a fence net, or go to the hotel beaches south. Since the hotel at the end of the beach is quite quiet, there are several mini-markets nearby, the beach has food trucks if it is lazy to cook.
On the roof of the hotel is a Jacuzzi for guests, where it is nice to meet the sunset overlooking the ocean.
We rented out the car before we left, so we wrote to the receptionist and asked him to order a taxi to the airport, exactly at the scheduled time the driver came to pick us up and delivered us at a very favourable price, announced at the time of booking.

The regular receptionist is unprofessional please double check what you paying for she cannot be trusted
The receptionist attempted to overcharge me for the mandatory tourist tax I cant recommend that place unprofessional

Bon Hebergement!
3 of us stayed at C-View apartments for 3 weeks in September. As we came from Canada, after close to a 30 hour trip we were very tired! My 2 married companions had a private room on 2nd. floor at the front; I had a large room on the 3rd. floor at the back (#10). Well appointed, clean, and bright. Balcony on the water side had 4 chairs and a table. Very pleasant. As the bed/sitting room was on the back, it was quiet, (almost no road noise at night.) Towels & sheets changed regularly by a friendly lady, Georgina and her team.
Small kitchenette with microwave, sink, mini-fridge with tiny freezer, cutlery, dishes, plates and glasses. Safe available for money, papers, etc. (All this for less than 45 Euros per night.) After checking in with very knowledgeable and efficient Ettiennette, we crashed, knowing we were in safe, comfortable surroundings--literally steps from the beach at Flic en Flac. We used the apartments as a home-base for daily exploration trips by car...all over the island.
Small kitchenette with microwave, sink, mini-fridge with tiny freezer, cutlery, dishes, plates and glasses. Safe available for money, papers, etc. (All this for less than 45 Euros per night.) SUNSET VILLAVIEW
C view apartment...excellent service, very neat and very convenient for beach, convenience shopping and entertaiment.Beautiful sunset views .Close to all the restaurants in Flick and Flac.....we really enjoyed our stay.Very reasobally priced Ashley Peters
