Fantastic Stay and Exceptional Service at W Osaka!
We recently had an amazing experience at the W Hotel in Osaka. The accommodation was outstanding—the room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a fantastic selection of delicious food and a great atmosphere.
I want to give a special shout-out to Guest Relations ambassador, Mr. Mauricio. He truly went above and beyond by taking the time to check in with guests every day at the breakfast area and around the lobby to ask for our feedback and ensure everything was perfect. His warm hospitality and dedication made our stay even more memorable.
Highly recommend W Osaka to anyone visiting the city! We will definitely be back.

W Osaka – Stylish, Fun, and Perfectly Located ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
W Osaka was the perfect base for exploring the city. Located just a 10–15 minute walk from Dotonbori, it offers easy access to some of Osaka’s best food, shopping, and nightlife.
The hotel beautifully reflects Osaka’s vibrant personality with its bold, colorful, and modern design. We were upgraded to a fantastic corner room with amazing city views, which made the stay even more memorable.
A special highlight was the breakfast buffet—one of the most extensive and beautifully presented I’ve experienced in a city hotel.
Service was excellent throughout our stay, and the hotel’s bars and daily Bubble Hour (6–8 PM) were a great bonus.
Overall, W Osaka combines a great location, outstanding service, stylish rooms, and a fun atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Osaka.

Stylish Osaka 5 Star Hotel
W Osaka exceeded all expectations and was one of the highlights of our stay in Osaka.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from Dotonbori and conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a luxurious and stylish retreat.
The hotel's design is outstanding. The entire property perfectly captures the vibrant energy of Osaka while maintaining the iconic W Hotel atmosphere. Every detail feels modern, sophisticated, and uniquely curated. We highly recommend booking a Premier Corner Room on a higher floor. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer spectacular views across the city skyline, especially in the evening.
Another highlight was the daily Happy Hour, which provided a great opportunity to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast selection was extensive, high-quality, and offered something for every taste.
Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome from arrival to departure.

What a beautiful boutique hotel that is.
We had the best time staying at W Osaka! The staff was super friendly and very welcoming, we had a corner room on the 18th floor with scenic views. Location is also great as you can walk to every area you want to visit nearby and reach it within 30 minutes maximum. Also the Spa & Massage area is more than worth mentioning. Very beautiful, high-quality products and the massage by Anna was so relaxing and especially good.

Amazing stay
Very nice hotel. Beautiful pool and hot tub / sauna . One of the few places in japan I could use the facilities as I am fully tattooed. It was a great stay and beautiful hotel all around and great service .
