Very Good
Good service, we left our room key at the door. They keep it and left memo in front of our room. And i have reservation with my dad's name and they still welcome us to check in. And last, They Have Good facilities, especially they have luggage scale.

Worst hotels
They booked me in a different room for the night.
On the second day, I left my keys at the front desk for a temporary outing,
We were back at the hotel an hour or two later.
The reception desk is slow to respond even if you say the room number,
I was wondering what it was.
I was given the keys, and I went to my room, and everything I had left in my room was taken out.
(And some half-drinking dairy in the fridge.)
When I contacted the front desk, the person in charge came to the room and explained,
Because it was a notification (from the travel agency) to book one night at a time,
I made a reservation in another room,
He said it was a lack of confirmation.
When I went out for a while in the first place and came back and handed over the keys,
I wish I had an explanation for that.
They gave me the key without any explanation,
We can't allow people to leave their stuff in the room and then drop it all off in the hallway without calling.
On your way home, you will receive your manager's card and
They gave me a quo card of 500 yen,
I was told to use it again for the next time,
There's no way I'm ever going to use it.

The entrance and lobby are decorated for the New Year.
The guest room on the 9th floor was a room with a calm wood-like color scheme. A small sofa was attached to a small square table. A small TV, alarm clock, electric kettle, and everything you need were provided. The room was compact and functional, but I thought it was neither good nor bad.
There is no large public bath.

Too compact and typical japanese size of hotel;)
The size of the room was pathetic. Too small and no space to move around and no place for storage. But thats the standard style of Japanese mid range hotels space availability. So we accepted it.
