the best place we ever stayed in

we were very impressed with the "golden room", love the design and comfort. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We will definitely come back to stay here. Walking distance to restaurants, mall and transportation to Venice. No need to rent a car from the airport, the bus brings you within 6 minutes from the B&B.

Fantastic apartment , everything you need , quiet area , easy to get to Venice

Fantastic apartment , modern, clean , no need for anything . Having a washing machine is great , not having to wait til you get home to wash your clothes . Very Friendly and helpful staff n owners. Totally recommend this place . Thank you

BEST CHOISE

My wife and i booked for 4 days in these apartments.It was one of our best stays ever.The room is perfectly clean,Federica is so polite kind and warm person that makes you feel like home!The breakfast was fully satisfying and Alex is so warm and smily too!
I believe its a value for money choise to visit Venice.The room is pretty big and close to the center of Mestre and a 5min walk to the tram station which connects venice to Mestre.Big plus the email that i received when i booked the room that includes almost any information a tourist may need before he comes to Venice.Also Federica provides you with any info you may need during your stay!

Hidden Gem

What an experience in Venice starting with our accommodation the welcome we received was the best ever. We stayed in the Silver Room which was very Chic, clean and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the B&B. Our host gave us plenty of information and always found time to chat to us. The breakfast was really good with fresh ground coffee and a good selection of food to choose from which was always freshly prepared by our host. Mestre is a lovely town and is much quieter than Venice which we liked and also it was not expensive to eat and drink in Mestre. The tram was only 3 euro return to Venice. All in all our experience was amazing and I would highly recommend a stay in Venice Art & Design. I definately would return.

Silver Room - Excellent stay - great value for money

Just stayed here with my girlfriend and really enjoyed the experience.
Rooms are beautifully decorated and cosy (which was needed in the cold of December!). The location is great. Just a few minutes from either bus or trams (every ten mins) that take you into Venice in about 18 minutes.
Federica and Paolo couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. So much information on arrival. Paolo even parked my car for me after we checked in, very kind. Really tasty breakfast with great coffee which fuels you up perfectly for a day’s walking in Venice.
Our stay was fantastic and I’d wholeheartedly recommend this B&B!
