Hidden gem of Venice

I am still not able to believe that we got such an awesome hotel, that too right in the heart of Venice just next to a canal for such an inexpensive price. Moreover, after going there we came to know that breakfast was free!

Such a terrible place

We stayed for a night and the "air conditioner" which is basically just a heater with lower temperature, was super hot and disgusting. Toilet was broken and the bed was really small for 2 persons.
More disgusting is the reception who promised to cancel one of my order which I made just to show her how it works. Which in the end they refuse to cancel and say she never promised she will cancel it for me. Really disgusting and disappointing experience which made me hate this entire country and people.
Just save those 76 euros to buy a tomb for you and your family.

You should instead hate yourself because first of all you are impolite, second you ae not able to understand anything! Your boyfriend and also our receptionist tried to explain you everything but you were not able or willing to understand . Regarding your second booking: Our recptionist has explicity told you not to book and has also explained you that we can't cancell any booking, but you didn't want to listen. Now you have booked another night, blocked a room and you will pay for it unless you cancell. Even booking.com has told you that it was your fault and tried to convince you ... You are still young enough to learn for the future ...

Worst hotel stay of our entire trip.

The check-in was unorganized and very frustrating. The neighbors adjoined to the courtyard was rude yelling vulgarities at our group and then he threw water from his second story window at our group as he claimed we had been warned about being loud. This happened in the courtyard and outside on the street. Would not recommend.

Comfortable Stay

Bed is comfortable enough for two people. Kitchen also have proper facilities.
Wifi also working good. Would stay here again for sure. They clear kitchen every morning. Kitchen does not have microwave and oven, Just two stovetop but this isn't any issue. They have provided basic breakfast stuff like milk,bread butter, flakes, tea coffee pouch for guest which is good.

Value for money

Had to check in in a different building and then wait for the guy in reception to take some other guest to the property and then come back for us while waiting outside
Clean and tidy room and staff approachable and apologetic
Heating was on but it was still but cold.
