Very positive.

The room was very clean.
And well-organized,
Mr. Francesco is a very kind and helpful person, and he advised us on what to visit in the surrounding area.
If I were to return to that area, I would gladly go back.

Super place.

Very clean, welcoming, and well-maintained place. The owner, Mr. Francesco, was very kind and helpful; he provided us with various information about where to eat and how to reach the waterfalls. Highly recommended.

Courtesy and hospitality

Yesterday in view of Valentine's weekend we came to this property, located about 3 minutes drive from the Marmore Falls, reachable by a walking path, being able to leave the car in the parking lot of the structure. The owner was very kind and gave us a lot of information, both of the events that there could be in the center of Terni and both that this morning in front of the structure there would have passed the marathon, which is done on Valentine's Day; the structure is well maintained and very clean and equipped with private parking.

Very warm stay

Property located very well if you plan to visit the Marble Falls the next day.
The guy who hosted us very kind and attentive to all details. But especially super warm room given the low temperatures in this period! Thank you so much my boyfriend and I had a great time

Everything Perfect

Very comfortable structure just a quarter of an hour walk from the falls. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Francesco is a perfect host, very helpful and attentive. Ready to explain what to see both of the falls and the beautiful surrounding area. It was only one day, but we could not have found better. Thanks again Francesco, for everything.
