Very good
Many companies along the port, the choice is wide. We choose this one, recommended by our guide. But also because it follows the order we want: we start with Isola Madre and end with Isola Bella.
A departure approximately every hour from each island. You just need to wait for your boat to arrive at each island after asking for the departure time. You must be patient; everything is well organized and quite smooth.
The price does not, of course, include entry to the palaces. Therefore, you should add them (favoring combined tickets to save some money).

inadequate treatment
Deluxe room booked by phone on 05/09/26 for one night: price $150. Kindly waited because otherwise it would have been impossible to take the key as the Keybox was hung too high.
Impossible to read in bed because the light was burned out on the right bedside table.
Television programs in German or other foreign languages, especially sports, national programs not visible except for Mediaset. WiFi unreachable
Mirror in the bathroom hung too high, I could only see my face (height 5'5").
Informed of egg intolerances, only found a pack of toast, a cake (with eggs), 1 jam, and 1 honey; I was told that it was their kindness to offer these things; that they would take care of the light and the rest.
Extended the stay, requested a room change which was said to be unavailable, price: $110.
All the problems persist: light, TV, moreover the bed was made in a shameful way, only fixing the bedspread.
At checkout: On 05/11, having told the staff that I felt mocked because there were available rooms and nothing had been done to address the various inconveniences expressed the day before, I was addressed as "You are very rude, I am a military man and I do not allow anyone to say that I mocked you." When I repeated my list of non-functioning items, I was told that I should move to the other side of the bed where there was the light from the other bedside table, that there were a thousand TV channels and I could find what I needed and wanted, and that I was still very rude, repeated three times. I told the cleaning staff about the bed being made in a shameful way, while the gentleman went to check the light on the bedside table.
I think this is enough to say that I hope to return to Stresa; it is the first time in 77 years of my life that I have been addressed by "a military man" three times as "rude or very rude" for highlighting the shortcomings experienced after the first night.

Lovely quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Short walk to centre of Stresa and/or boat docks.

I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation in Stresa with beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is large and spacious, apartment and gardens are kept immaculately clean by the staff. After each day out we came back to find our apartment cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen. Onsite parking was a bonus. The apartment had modern appliances, tv, free wifi and large comfortable beds. The decor was modern. The town of stresa is within walking distance with lots of shops and restaurants. There are also beaches within walking distance. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend.

We had booked in another place (villa Maria) and we were moved to this place without consultation. Comfort is there but that's absolutely everything. We wanted a quiet room and the one we were offered given directly on the street near the lake. It is the main street e Stresa which is very very busy, very noisy. When we made the remark we were offered another room overlooking the parking!!! Due to the late hours we have no choice but to accept this room. We closed the window because of the noise but the air was unbreathable. We asked for compensation, to have a later check-out we were kindly told that for that it was 100 € extra. The next day we left 40 minutes late compared to the check-out or at first we were verbally assaulted by the gentleman on the spot who finished, when we left by insulting ourselves.
They manage several properties and return reservations to each other to complete them without even asking customers what they think. They talk about upgrade but it's up to the customer to make the choice the colder the Welcoming we feel disturbed and the tone is very unpleasant I strongly advise against To finish the room on the first floor gives an overview of the lake only the second floor allows to have a nice view but it is apparently the owners apartment. Really disappointed by this disrespect.
