Perfect home from home

This is the perfect place to stay when in Sorrento. The location is superb for walking into the centre and also for nice restaurants. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. The owner, Natali was incredibly helpful and made our stay feel like a home from home. Breakfast was lovely every morning in the beautiful courtyard and we were even joined by her sweet dogs some mornings. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointing

The photos of this villa are misleading as this is an apartment on the ground floor of the villa where the owners live and the upper floors are separate apartment rentals. We arrived on a late flight and the owner was not welcoming at all . Svetlana the property manager was very friendly and helpful but she was not on site and we communicated by Whats App after the first day.
Essentials should have been readily available but this was not the case. We were told that the apartment would be cleaned twice during our 10 day stay and if we wanted clean towels, sheets or toilet paper we just had to ask. We should not have to ask for essentials. On day 5, I asked when we would get some cleaning and fresh towels and was told it would be that day but there was no cleaning. The kitchen is very tired and was dirty on arrival, I was not prepared to cook in it. The outside area, pool and garden is well maintained but the interior is not and the bins were not emptied in 10 days. The owners have dogs and there was yapping on and off all day and sometimes at night. It is close to the main area of Sorrento but the walk is mainly uphill and the final part is very uneven and unsightly.

A very nice and hospitable place to stay in Sorrent

Beautiful and calm surroundings, perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area, like Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, the Capri island, Amalfi coast including Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, also Paestum and of course Naples.
Very helpful and nice staff who helped a lot with finding the best ways to visit the nearby sightseeing spots. Would be happy to return :)

Friend vacation

The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot for showers and the location was convenient. We were very disappointed that the owner never checked in with us until our last day there. It was noisy in the evening with furniture scraping noise and frequent barking from the owner's dog. The apartment could have been cleaner, and the outside area was dirty. And there was a cat hanging around that pooped in the outdoor area and I stepped in it. I would not rent this villa again.

Fall 2019 Friends trip

Unfortunately we stat with the not great parts of our stay. Black mold in two of the bathrooms and no toilet paper on one bathroom. Beautiful dog to welcome you to the property but unfortunately she is a barker. There was also a cat who left not so pleasant surprise several places in living room. Living room is outside and the white cushions could use some cleaning. Our contact Natalie was not visible and try to find us when we were out and about. One the last day another guest walked into our bedroom area looking for a bathroom. We could not believe there was a key on the outside of our living area. We lost all since of security and felt extremely vulnerable.
On to the good stuff... The beds were okay we we slept well each night. The location was central to what we wanted to see. Excursions we booked picked us up only 10 minutes away. There is a bit of a steep walk to the apartment. We were able to cook a few meals with the chef we brought with us. We visited the local shopping square which was only 10 minutes walk, boat trip to Capri, and Amalfi coast and also a bus trip to Pompeii.

It was an incident that the service key was forgotten in the door on the day of your departure and one of the guests from other room climbed over the booth and entered your apartment looking for the bathroom. We have taken precautions to avoid these accidents in the future.
