That said, the shuttle service (golf cart) that offers Loreley is fantastic. You just have to Whatapps them and they pick you up either Fumarole or Point info. It’s hilly there, hence so useful in the heat!
We had an AC problem in our room the first night, it stopped working, we changed room at 3AM and no more issue. The staff is helpful there.
The pool is very warm (probably heated by thermal) :)
The breakfast is complete, served on their beautiful terrasse and very good!
There are no little fridges in the rooms.
The double bed are in fact two single bed put together (still comfortable).
The only thing I’ll say is that there’s a strong smell of moisture/ humidity in the basement rooms/ although they have a nice terrasse.

water everywhere and air conditioning not working
Air conditioning not working; I reported the problem immediately on Thursday upon arrival, and by Saturday morning, nothing had been done despite several complaints; only after reminding them that it is a breach of contract with a potential claim for damages, including emotional distress, did the technician intervene and resolve the situation for the entire floor in a couple of hours. The problem is that the facility, aside from the view it enjoys, is truly dilapidated, dated, and moldy, with leaks from both the ceilings and the walls (I took photos that I am not attaching, but that I have in case they are needed). My same problem was generalized to the entire lower floor. The staff and the company's representatives were not at all helpful, and some were even rude. I should have called the local health authority, but thinking of the families of those who work there, I let it go!!!! Zero rating!!!!

fantastic place and people!!!!
The property is a three-star, so our expectations regarding the room were those of a hotel in this category. What really makes the difference, however, are all the included services: the thermal pool, breakfast served on the terrace with a breathtaking view, and the convenient shuttle service with the cart, included in the price.
But the real strong point of this hotel is the people. A special thanks goes to Luca at the reception and to Ignazio, the driver, who with their helpfulness, friendliness, and kindness made our stay even more pleasant. They made us feel welcomed from the first to the last day, and such sincere helpfulness is really hard to find.
We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a few days of relaxation in a place with a wonderful view, excellent services, and, above all, a staff that makes the difference. Thanks again, we will return with pleasure!

Worth the walk
It’s up a steep hill but they do provide golf buggy’s to collect you,
Lovely pool, lovely staff and lovely food.
The rooms are a little dated yes but very clean and traditional

Bittersweet experience.
The pool area is also pleasant.
Good shuttle service to the beach of Fumarole. Less so for the village of Sant'Angelo.
The staff: very kind and very helpful.
They definitely encourage a return to the establishment.
Negative points: absence of bidets in several rooms! Medieval stuff. In 2026, a person does not think to ask the reservation about the presence of a bidet, which is taken for granted.
Also: absence of mosquito nets on the windows.
The hotel is immersed in nature and, at night, you get devoured by mosquitoes.
Air conditioners: off despite the out-of-season heat.
The rule that requires their lighting in mid-June should be reviewed.
In light of climate change as well.
But also considering that, without screens, in hot weather one must necessarily sleep with the windows open, thus providing food for mosquitoes.
The shuttle service to the village of Sant'Angelo ends too early: at 11:00 PM.
A decidedly compressed schedule for those who want to participate in the nightlife of the village.
After 11:00 PM, private transport must be paid for to provide shuttle service.
To be carefully evaluated during the booking phase.
