What a wonderful place.

What a wonderful place. Perhaps the most beautiful and relaxing moments of the vacation were breakfast with this spectacular view. We also rented bicycles. The manager recommended a pastry shop to us that offers delicious cinnamon rolls. A very nice and clean hotel. Outstanding staff. You can also get something to eat there throughout the day.

6 days of complete relaxation

My husband, my 13-year-old son, and I have just finished staying 6 days during the mid-August holiday period at this beautiful hotel where the helpfulness and kindness of the reception manager Francesca and the lady who tidied up the room made us feel at home. And what about the spectacular and large rooms in which we stayed in two types and different views! We were also satisfied with the breakfast where every day there were 3 cakes, even if replenished a bit slowly, as well as cold cuts and cheese, croissants, various rolls, jams, and yogurt. We also really appreciated that upon request, and included in the price, there were also crepes and pancakes. It would have been perfect if there had also been some cream-filled doughnuts, some cookies, and toast bread every now and then. The dinner was also of high quality, where various types of hamburgers were also present on the menu, served by young and kind staff, brightened up on the warmer evenings by the view enjoyed from the terrace. We highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel

Well-maintained hotel. Modern. Clean. Welcoming. Spacious and beautiful room. Amazing breakfast with the option to have crepes and pancakes made to order. Very friendly staff.

Food review!

Terrible experience! We were passing through for lunch and waited 45 minutes (it was just us, and I am in advanced pregnancy) to get a baby pasta with meat sauce; I had ordered a side of grilled vegetables and they brought me 5 very thin slices of zucchini and 3 of eggplant and a half slice of chicken. I asked for bread and waited another 20 minutes! When I followed up, the waitress even replied in an annoyed tone that the
bread was in the oven! (Obviously frozen) Poor service, lacking smiles and friendliness. Pretty steep bill! We will not return!!

Best views from the best location!

Situated in the center of this beautiful mountain village, the hotel offers great unimpeded views of the mountains. Very clean room, spacious bathroom, and free parking in the back of the hotel. The terrace where breakfast or drinks are served is beautiful with great views, too. The breakfast itself was just ok, service was a bit haphazard, we had to go to the bar and ask for assistance, as no one from the staff was present at the breakfast room to bring coffee and replenish bread, water, etc...
But all in all, we enjoyed our stay in ghis hotel very much and would stay there again if we go back to Sappada.
