A Perfect Welcoming

We stayed for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Nothing short of fantastic, a wonderful Welcoming and the food even more. We had one appetizer each, I recommend the focaccia with ricotta and pear and two seconds. All delicious and hearty dishes. The dessert, with a personal touch, was good, very much indeed.
They were super nice and above all very honest with the prices, I would have said even more.
Great place and highly recommended

By making a mistake I hope you learn....

I wanted to try the restaurant for lunch. Weekday. I go in and it's deserted. Well, it's low season and it's not a workman's place, I think. I am welcomed by a very kind girl I think the owner and makes me sit in the clean dining room in nice but icy order. I look at the menu, which is difficult to understand, but for sure with allergens very clear. I order a first course and a salad and on the advice of the waitress I add some vegetarian meatballs based I think I read about nettles. He then reaches for a knife and a paper towel and bread from the house. All well served for heaven s sake. The brothers' kitchen extols me. Now let's skip the culinary judgment out of pity. I eat, I do not finish the meatballs scattered over the cap salad I drink coffee and go to the checkout. I forgot half a liter of mineral water. Lunch total 28.3 euros. Now giving advice is never polite and you have to encourage those who try their hand at a difficult job but after 20 years of lunches in hundreds of restaurants this I think is the second worst experience ever.

Buonasera, come gli allergeni sono indicati molto bene anche i prezzi.
Esattamente, il signore ha mangiato un piatto di ravioli fatti in casa ripieni di zucca, le polpettine vegetariane fatte sempre in casa su insalata mista tra cui il cavolo viola, ha mangiato il nostro pane sempre fatto In casa. Come scrive l'ospite non abbiamo un menù operai, ma un menù a la carta con pochi piatti ma il più possibile con ingredienti che coltiviamo nei nostri orti o comunque preparati in casa. E ho specificato i miei fratelli perché ne vado orgogliosa e ho una grande ammirazione per il loro. Non chiediamo il coperto. Il menù è esposto inoltre nella bacheca esterna vicino alla porta di entrata del ristorante. Questo per darvi la possibilità di essere informati sulla nostra offerta culinaria prima di entrare e accomodarvi, così da essere liberi di cambiare ristorante qualora cercaste qualcosa di diverso. E sì, mi piace questo lavoro e cerco il più possibile di accogliere chi ci viene a trovare con il sorriso in un ambiente familiare, semplice e pulito.

Edelweiss created the magic in our little event!

we asked Elisa and her staff (who we already knew) to organize a refreshment for our 40th wedding anniversary and they did an incredible job! they set up, in the beautiful garden, a fantastic location that we never expected. the excellent service and attention to detail. not to mention the courtesy and sympathy typical of this fabulous group.! we and all our 34 guests were very enthusiastic! we recommend this restaurant that knows how to do great, with professionalism and joy, its job!

Very positive

Experience only restaurant, I ate homemade potato dumplings with veal sauce, meat burger with speck, cheese with salad from the garden with bread always made by them, as well as caramelized apple pie, all great! Friendly service!
