Perfection.
It’s so convenient with Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and the Colosseum all within walking distance from the Spagna.
We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect.
- bed amazing and comfortable.
- shower and bathroom beautiful and all really clean.
- facilities really good (tea & coffee provided).
-free use of communal coffee machine was a major bonus.
Would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting rome and wants a nice luxurious place to stay which is in the centre of everything to see in Rome.
If we ever return to Rome we will 100% stay here again!!!

Not impressed
The pictures speak for themselves. Bottom line: no charm, no luxury, the building needs to be renovated and the room updated, particularly the bath room and the common parts.

Good but definitely not “Luxury” & there’s a small issue.
There is no lobby or any way of just turning up at the property ... we were bombarded with phone calls and messages for about 4 days asking us to confirm, reconfirm & call before we arrive so someone could meet us there. Great if you are in constant contact but very frustrating if you’re not.
The “luxury hotel” advertised a full buffet breakfast, which it definitely was not. It was a small menu of continental items that you can pick off a limited menu. Not bad but not great either.
The most frustrating aspect is that there is nowhere to leave your cases on the last day. You had to walk about a kilometre up the road to leave them at another hotel..this threw our airport transfer out of whack so more problems having to rearrange airport pickups.
It was just a very frustrating experience.

Not great value.
Although the location is amazing it simply isn’t worth the cost.
There are only three rooms in the entire hotel and they charge you an incredible amount to basically be at an air bnb... only you pay her room instead of the whole apartment.
We got much better value out of staying in an air bnb that had all the same ammenities.
Two of the rooms aircon didn’t work and both rooms with the round beds basically had nothing for pillows.
The middle room air con worked well and had no issues with the bed or pillows.
Ending on a positive...The staff we met were lovely and very helpful and the wifi worked well.
