Whoever expects a grand hotel has chosen the wrong location, here it is very family-oriented, whoever complains about the rooms has never traveled, small yes, the bathroom too but with all the essentials, room cleaning every day, we did half board with my 11-year-old daughter, everything normal, maybe a little rushed in the service but you are on vacation….swimming pool 50m away free for hotel guests with slides attached….stefano always friendly and any advice on where to go always available, the
Wife had a chat with my daughter I recommend it to those who have no pretensions and want to have a relaxing vacation

Good morning,
Double room for single use..
The room has rather dated furnishings, the wardrobe is replaced by clothes hangers without doors, and the drawers are replaced by hanging fabric boxes, and honestly, keeping everything in sight can be annoying. It is just as sad to see the bathroom mirror with a plastic frame, vintage I would say, hung with a piece of wire wrapped around a small nail, a shower without a base but with a drain directly on the floor and a showerhead that sprays water directly onto the fixtures, the shower mixer without a cap, and a plastic curtain.
The bed sheet had a nice hole in it.
The sheets, as well as the towels, are not changed every day but after 3/4 nights...
The vegetable buffet is very sparse; very often the trays are finished 10 minutes after the doors open, and the bread basket too; fruit is only provided at lunch, while at dinner they give dessert..
I found the menu rather "wintry," monotonous, and scarce.
Everything served on completely plastic tablecloths, instead of fabric with a table runner, truly unsightly. It would be much better to use disposable paper placemats.
I will certainly not return.

Chilling
Avoid like the plague, very poor food quality, obsolete and dirty facility, we were supposed to stay 1 week but after 2 days we ran away, plus they even asked us for a penalty fee!! I strongly advise the owners to change jobs, Adios

I stayed at this hotel in August. I was very disappointed, I put a review later and after 2 weeks I find this message on whatsapp!

Negative and unprofessional experience
My experience was not positive. The rooms were small, with dated furnishings and a bathroom without shower tray, only a plastic curtain. Cleanliness disappointed me (I also found some nails on the floor).
I didn't like the food: some dishes seemed repeated several times and many seemed frozen. In the middle of August I found menus such as soup, pasta and beans, polenta with clams: proposals that I found little suitable for the season and little varied.
An unfortunate episode concerns the refrigerator: in the room it was not available and I brought mine with autonomous battery. At one point I received a WhatsApp audio from the facility asking me why my fridge was cold. This made me realize that it had been opened without my consent, which left me very uncomfortable.
In general the owners seemed rude and unhelpful, to the point of making me feel badly treated. The exceptions are the two girls in the room and one of the cleaning women, who were kind and helpful.
I had booked for 10 nights but, given the difficulties, I decided to leave early, receiving only a partial refund (300€ out of 2000).
In my personal experience I would not recommend this property.
