We stayed three nights, unfortunately one passed completely blank because of the noisy guests in the room accanto.Il reception staff by day proved unwelcoming and hasty, never a smile. At the start, the blonde girl at the reception did not even dignify us with a greeting, despite the fact that we had been the first to greet. The experience with the night porter is very different, who despite the difficult situation did his best to try to reassure guests and us.A very negative point concerns the management by the owner: no understanding for the inconvenience suffered and no proposal for a reduction or discount, despite the lost night.Moreover, the phone in the room did not work and no numbers were available to contact the reception directly: we were forced to use our mobile phone to ask for help, a disservice not insignificant in a structure that looks like a 4-star "hotel".In reality, more than a hotel it is now a B & B, with excellent breakfasts served from 8 to 12, but without the services that you would expect from a 4-star hotel.Positive note for the breakfast room staff and the night porter, always friendly and helpful, who represented the only true excellence of the structure.Overall, however, the 4-star classification is in our opinion to be reviewed. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel, although we will take with us the memory of the few people who really made a difference

WASTE VIEW ROOM!
Great and plentiful breakfast, waiters in the breakfast room very helpful and professional. The reception are very cold, except the guy who works the night shift always helpful and friendly.
We ordered an aperitif and they didn't even bring us chips. In the booking confirmation we were written "comfortable and cozy room and panoramic balcony with sea view" precise that we had chosen the classic double room with side sea view but we did not expect such an unpleasant view". I often come to Rimini but it seems to me that there is no good value for money at all. I have more to add, non-soundproof rooms, very small bathroom...

Nice experience
Nice hotel with spectacular views, room a little small but nice, functional and clean.
We stayed here for the Aic certified gluten-free breakfast, and were not disappointed. Having also other needs related to food allergies is not easy, but the restaurant staff pampered us, a special mention especially to Vincenzo.
Specifically, you can order fresh gluten-free and milk/lactose-free products, making breakfast much more enjoyable than the simple packaged products you usually find.
The only negative note, but understandable, being in Marina Centro you can hear the music of the clubs until late at night, even with the windows closed.

GOOD COMBINATION QUALITY / PRICE
Hotel in Marina Centro, 4 stars, clean and very welcoming staff, the room a bit small... But for one night is fine.... Breakfast with quality products and quite varied. The only thing I don't understand is why they don't leave water available. You have to ask the waiter for that, too. Otherwise satisfactory everything.
