molto accogliente

B&B situato a due passi dalla stazione, molto comodo e collocato in una posizione strategica per visitare la città o spostarsi con i mezzi.
L'accoglienza al B&B da parte della proprietaria Gina, simpaticissima e disponibilissima, ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole.
La colazione è una delle più abbondanti mai viste in tutti i B&B cercando di assecondare i gusti e le esigenze di tutti i clienti.
P. S. richiedete la sua macedonia per colazione, un capolavoro!

Terrible Property - Don't Go

My wife and I visited B&b Via Carducci in Ravenna.  It is rated 9.2 on its reviews.  Upon arriving at the property we found an old, run down building, with a dark crowded, stairwell leading to the 4th floor apartment (elevator goes to 3rd floor). On entering the "property" and meeting the owner, Gina, we were shown what appeared to be her apartment: small dining room and worn, tired seating area, and the "terrace" was a cluttered balcony with laundry.  The bedroom that we were shown was no better: dark, worn, and old.  This is NOT a 9.2 rated property - it is 5 at best (largely because of location to train station and town). We told Gina the property was not aceptable and she said she would call Booking.Com and cancel our reservation and return our 2 day payment - of course, she didn't call and refused to waive our payment.   Booking.com told us she said we were a "no show" (this is not true)! It needs to be noted that we are seasoned travellers and frequent users of Booking.Com, tripadvior, etc and spend servals months travelling annually.  This is one of the first times we have refused a room. Booking.Com said that B&b Via Carducci is a new listing (May 2018). What we saw and the 9.2 rating does not make sense (I can't understand how anyone would give it anywhere near a 9 rating)!! My recommendation is don't book at this property.  I have posted a few pictures: balcony and sitting area - unfortunately I didn't have the state of mind to take pictures of our room and property when we first got there, but came back to take these photos - Gina would not let us take the photos of bedroom on our return and sent us away.  By the way, as a frame of reference, we ended up booking at Hotel Bezzi: it is extremely clean, modern, centrally located, staff are exceptional and it is rated 9.1 (B&b Via Carducci was 9.2)!!  I am further surprised how booking.com allows what I could only say is a "scam" rating to be perpuated.

Attenzione a non dimenticare nulla

Siamo arrivati in questa struttura e ancor prima di vedere la camera ci è stata chiesta la tassa di soggiorno( più che legittima ma magari non come richiesta immediata), la camera presentava un condizionatore che ci è stato tolto in quanto presenti ospiti più anziani. Dopo aver lasciato i bagagli abbiamo lasciato la camera e al nostro ritorno vi era dell'acqua sul pavimento male odorante giustificata dal fatto che aveva piovuto, ma l'acqua in questione veniva esattamente da dove era riposto il condizionatore, non è stata fatta attenzione alcuna e neanche una cura nell'asciugare .Positiva la colazione del giorno dopo. Pulizia della camera scarsa. Al checkout ho dimenticato un apparecchio per denti del valore di 400 euro e un caricabatterie, telefonando alla struttura mi è stato detto che il caricabatterie era stato tenuto mentre l'apparecchio buttato dalle donne che si occupano delle pulizie, trovo questo fatto abbastanza grave in quanto era riposto in una scatolina igenica e disinfettata da me il giorno prima.

イタリアの日常生活を体験できる宿

ラヴェンナ駅から徒歩２〜３分のところにある、アクセス最高の宿です。
隣に郵便局があり、ATMもあります。
B&Bなので、イタリアの朝食、日常生活を体験できます。
こちらの宿のマンマは、とても優しく明るく温かく、気持ちのこもったおもてなしをしてくださいました。
まるで親戚の家に泊まりに行ったかのような気分でした。一泊しかしていないのにお別れの時は泣きそうになりました。
到着してから気が付いたのですが、こちらの宿は英語が通じません。イタリア語だけです。
でも、それが良かったのです！！
スマホアプリの翻訳を使って重要な部分は確認しつつ、お互いに必死にコミュニケーションを取りました。
この体験を通して、最低限の単語くらいはその国の言葉を覚えて旅するべきだな、と強く思いました。
お部屋はマンマのセンスで清潔にレイアウトされています。
とても静かでよく眠ることができました。
リビングダイニングは天井も高く、広々としてとても素敵な空間でした。
今回の旅で、イタリアの文化や生活を最も感じる事ができたのは、こちらの宿です。
しかもお値段もとても安くて、本当にに言うこと無し！の宿でした。
泊まって良かった！と思いますし、深く思い出に残る宿です。
