Prenuptial vacation top!

Beautiful experience. Excellent cuisine, far above expectations. One of the best amatricians ever eaten, excellent fish dishes and rich and accurate buffet not only of vegetables but also of different cold dishes (eg veal tuna, mixed fish, vegetables au gratin...) Room with minibar and small balcony with side sea view. Very clean and spacious.
Swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas always available and very quiet atmosphere to rest and possibility to stay even at outdoor tables both for breakfast and the rest of the day.
The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff with customers of all ages is the spearhead.
We will be back!

Poor.

Hotel located in a good location in Pesaro, a short walk from the center. Dated rooms, with obvious problems with balcony chairs, shower and door handles. Sometimes the cards did not go to open the doors and on one particular occasion I had to suffer even the frustration and anger of the manager just because it did not work. The menu was insufficient, pasta cooked badly and the meat even worse, while breakfast was very poor and with very little choice.

Ci dispiace per il disagio riscontrato con la tessera della camera e desideriamo rassicurarla che non si è trattato di un malfunzionamento né tantomeno di una situazione legata a interventi da parte del personale. Il sistema è dotato di un meccanismo di sicurezza che richiede semplicemente di appoggiare la tessera con calma sul display: se il movimento è troppo rapido, può attivarsi una protezione anti-intrusione che ne blocca temporaneamente il funzionamento. Si tratta di una misura pensata per garantire maggiore sicurezza agli ospiti.
Comprendiamo che questo possa aver creato confusione e ci scusiamo se le modalità di utilizzo non sono state spiegate in modo chiaro al suo arrivo.
Cogliamo inoltre l’occasione per informarla che la struttura ha recentemente intrapreso un importante percorso di rinnovamento della struttura per quanto concerne i servizi, la cucina e la ristrutturazione in generale.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro per offrirle un’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Last weekend of the season!

I was at this property, just in the last weekend.Excellent end-of-season price, friendly and welcoming staff.Negative notes.........1) even if this applies to almost all the hotels in Pesaro.Ti put too much haste in dinner, almost raise the plate, even before finishing.
2) I state: in the half board I booked, it was not included vino.Ho ordered only two glasses for a bianco.Well, when I handed over the room key, I was charged € 9. What about, right if we want.......... but if you want the customer to come back...... I don't think it's worth asking € 9.00 for half a liter of wine! SalvatoreM.

la ringraziamo per il suo feedback e ci dispiace se durante la cena ha avuto la sensazione di essere “spinto” a terminare: non era certamente nostra intenzione e terremo conto della sua osservazione per migliorare il servizio.
Per quanto riguarda il vino, desideriamo ricordare che nella sua prenotazione in mezza pensione le bevande non erano incluse. La tariffa dipendeva dal tipo di vino scelto e, come da prassi, al momento dell’ordine le è stata comunicata correttamente.
Siamo comunque felici che abbia apprezzato il personale e la struttura, e speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente per offrirle un’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Disappointing

The hotel is situated next to one of those beaches you pay to sit on a lounger. The building is clean and functional but lacks any character. It’s charmless both inside and out - 1980s concrete with no beauty. My room was on the top floor with a ‘lateral’ view of the sea from my balcony. It was very hot and I appreciated the excellent air conditioning.
On the first night I ate in the hotel’s restaurant. This was a depressing experience. The food was like 1970s British food. It reminded me of school lunches of that era. The starter was a buffet with bits of vegetables and very little protein. The bread was so stale that I was shocked. One piece could have served as sandpaper. For the next course I has seafood risotto. Where was the seafood? Pure cheap carbohydrate. My main course was fish. A small piece of fish delivered perched on top of some mashed potato. Classic beige food. For dessert I had something called a diplomat. Whoever made this has no culinary skills or idea of taste whatsoever.
Breakfast was also a poor meal. The orange juice was so watered down as to be tasteless. Does Italy produce any decent bread? However the coffee was superb.
One evening they had an aperitivo by the pool from 5pm. It was accompanied by disco music played at an obscene volume. Up on the top floor the constant thump, thump, thump was intolerable. I went out into the town to escape the row.
On the penultimate afternoon I settled my bill. The receptionist was simultaneously chatting to other staff whilst supposedly dealing with me. She asked me THREE times for my room number. Did I feel ignored? Of course.
The lift is tiny. A maximum of three people are permitted in it but I did see a member of staff with three others in it i.e. 4.It was painfully slow and walking down was easier than waiting ages for it to arrive. Even climbing 7 flights of stairs seemed preferable.
On three days I left the Do Not Disturb notice on the door. On two days it was totally ignored. Unbelievable.
Overall a disappointing stay.

We would like to inform you that the hotel has recently undergone significant renovation works, particularly in the rooms, including new flooring and the installation of a new lift, improving overall comfort and efficiency compared to the past.
Regarding the noise you experienced, we would like to clarify that it was not a regular occurrence but related to a special Ferragosto aperitif, a traditional celebration widely organized by hotels in the area during that period. While we understand it may have been disturbing, many guests actually enjoyed this poolside event with food and music.
Furthermore, Hotel Embassy has recently joined the Newday360 group, marking the beginning of a new chapter. This transition has brought a more structured organization, a constant staff presence, and a stronger focus on the overall quality of the guest experience.
Among the improvements already introduced:
a renewed breakfast with more carefully selected and homemade products
coffee and cappuccinos prepared with a professional espresso machine
an upgraded kitchen that highlights the authentic flavors of the Marche-Romagna tradition, with higher quality standards
Today, our goal is to offer a more refined environment, more efficient services, and a significantly improved overall experience, while enhancing our key strengths: our seafront location and a more attentive and well-organized hospitality.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future to show you all the improvements made.

The hotel is right at the Pesaro beach. There is a pool but is very shallow. The room was big and clean. The only drawback was the lack of a mini fridge. The ac was very strong. The bathroom is clean and recently renovated. The breakfast is at buffet with good variety of foods.
