Stunning stay in Umbria
We had the most wonderful two night stay after chancing on the relais, having left somewhere else that wasn’t very nice. The owner Anna is charming and super helpful and the place is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean, fabulous rooms with beautiful modern bathrooms, gorgeous grounds and planting, the most peaceful, relaxing pool and heart stopping views. If you are looking for an authentic, elegant break there can be nowhere better. It’s an easy transfer from Perugia airport although I’d recommend a car.

Review on structure and extremely positive reception.
Experience to live.
We lived 3 nights in the suite which was almost an apartment full of comfort.
Even though it was winter, the atmosphere was still magical.

Grazie Ferdinando per la sua recensione , facciamo sempre del nostro meglio affinchè gli ospiti si sentano coccolati e seguiti in tutte le loro esigenze. Charming farmhouse
A charming historic house, a breathtaking view of Perugia, beautifully designed and furnished rooms, vineyards, olive trees, a lot of authenticity and a warm, elegant, discreet and helpful host. Anna gave us excellent tips for our day in Assisi. We felt welcome and taken care of.
The garden is spectacular with so many different flowers. The perfect place to relax and visit Ombria.

Lovely place with lovely people and a great experience.
We stayed at this amazing farm for 3 nights. Amazing place on the mountain and very close to the centre of Proja. Very relaxed for a star trip. Anna and Franco owners of the place are charming and helpful in all information and guidance.

Anna and Franco, the owners, are charming and helpful with any information and guidance. Delicious and rich breakfast. In addition, they prepared a delicious Italian dinner for us on the last evening, by prior arrangement on the day we arrived. Highly recommend.

Very nice property run with lots of love
A beautifully renovated farm from the 19th century. Everything is very tasteful. The old and the new are wonderfully combined.
The location of Casamassima is excellent if you want a bit of peace. But you are still not far from Perugia. In general, Casamassima is very suitable as a location from which to explore the wonderful Umbria.
Breakfast is wonderful. One suggestion: Maybe you could bake the bread a bit, because it often tastes dry.
The whole complex is fantastically beautiful and yet some things are worth updating. We were unlucky enough to witness an incredibly strong thunderstorm with enormous amounts of rain on arrival and there should be problems with the roof. In the area bathtub / WC we had water. But did not occur again in further rains. However, the bathtub area would have to be renovated.
In the bathroom we had quite a blockage of drains. But that was probably because many people throw everything into the toilet. But this problem has been solved.
Our room had a large terrace which we enjoyed very much especially in the evening. The decor very nice. You just have to be aware that you are in a very old stone house. This has advantages and disadvantages, but you are well aware of that when you book it. Insect screens on the windows would be good.
The garden is a dream and is cared for with much love by Mrs. Anna, the owner, who is a very warm and lively Peron.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The excursions and experiences that Mrs. Elisabeth booked for us were great, informative and entertaining.
We found the idea of building a library unique. Unfortunately, despite a 13-day stay we could not use everything because we really looked at a lot in Umbria.
