Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. A surcharge of EUR 40.00 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 40.00 applies for depatures outside check-out hours. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 30.00 per day when used. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charge of EUR 20.00 per person. The elevator is free to use but subject to strict rules. Specifically, only two people are allowed in at a time. Furthermore, you must wait until both doors are completely unlocked before touching the door to open it. The elevators, like other common areas in the building, are under video surveillance. If you break the sliding door, or otherwise require a technician to repair the elevator, the minimum charge is €250. For any further information regarding cleaning, bed linen, and anything else described, please use the "Ask the host a question" section, preferably before booking. Please also note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment, on its balconies, or in the building in general, and that violating this rule will result in the permanent forfeiture of the security deposit.
