A wonderful surprise!

In Rome for work, I had the pleasure of spending a few days in this spectacular B&B.
Exquisite courtesy, excellent hospitality, a room, or rather a mini-apartment, perfectly furnished and impeccably clean, with a kitchen, air conditioning, a coffee machine, single-serving tea bags, herbal teas, and snacks, and a well-stocked minibar.
Private internal parking and a beautiful garden with ancient olive trees.
A wonderful surprise, highly recommended!!!

Family stay

An amazing stay, very clean rooms and bathroom.
The rooms are very private.
Wonderfully kept grounds and the hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful.
The B&B is flawless.
Great value for the money.
We Highly recommend it.

One night before flight

I didn't want to loose the flight early morning at 6:35 so I took a train and come to Roma Termini in the evening. And after I took a bus to Roma Ciampino. It was 21:00: I am alone in the airport and I didn't know how to survive 9 hours more without sleep... I asked at the info desk about hotels near and decided to call by myself. Likely my poor italian language saved me and in 5 minutes Bruno met me near the airport. This hotel is owned by a family and it was so comfortable and safety inside. Fantastic amd friendly couple met me! I am grateful for warm welcome! The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are so italian beautiful with all nessesary things inside. There is WiFi, food, drinks, conditioning, hot water, hairdryer, TV. And very soft bed))) I felt myself much better in the morning) thank you! If I will be near I would stay here again!)

Brilliant last minute decision!

By chance we came across this lovely guesthouse and decided to book on a whim - turned out to be one of our best accommodation experiences in Italy!! Really attentive service from the hosts Bruno and Ornella, immaculate room and lovely bathroom with nice decorative details and adequate amenities. The best surprise was the fully stocked fridge and kitchen - fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble for them - made our stay very enjoyable! Great location to - very close to the airport and local attractions.

Very Pleasant

We had a very pleasant stay with Ornella and Bruno, in an immaculately clean and comfortable environment.
Only 10 mins drive from Rome Ciampino airport, where Bruno provided a collect and drop service, the en-suite accommodation was in a self contained apartment in a tidy well looked after garden, where reclining seats and outside table were available to relax in the evening sun.
The accommodation also contained a fully equipped kitchen area which included kettle and coffee maker. The fridge was well stocked with everything required for a hearty breakfast and also included soft drinks and water.
The location was ideal for both the airport and visiting Rome city centre. At only 10 mins walk you could get either a train to Rome Central train station (approx. €2.50 each way) or a bus to Anagnina Metro Station. The accommodation was located in a quiet peaceful location, but available close by was a swimming pool and tennis courts, restaurants and bars and a supermarket is only 2 mins walk.
All in all, good value for money. Cleanliness and hospitality was second to none. We would recommend the accommodation and would happily return ourselves.
