Value for money

Right now overlooking beautiful Tuscany from our balcony in Dame di Toscana. 3 weeks of holiday in the best place ever is over, tranquility, spacious, functional, clean, beautiful architecture and very good and friendly service service.
We will be back, and recommend others to try the same.

Best Apartment Rental Experience We Ever Have

Central location to Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Chianti. Best location to Florence in order to avoid Limited Traffic Zone. It only takes 15 minutes driving to outskirt of Florence then walk 15 minutes to main strip. All units in the building are for short/long term rental. When you walk in, you feel like you are in a mini hotel. The modern and stylish lobby, mini bar are so welcoming. We stayed at Caterina for a week. The unit looks brand new. It is so clean, modern and well equipped. Elena is so nice and friendly. It makes our stay in Tuscany the best memorable vacation.

Wonderful stay in modern apartment

The accomodation is great with good beds and comfortable bathrooms and Elena is very friendly and good in explaining the local sightseeing highlights. We were happy to stay in this quiet place off the beaten track. It is only about 20 minutes by train from Lastra a Signa to Florence SMN. The train station is just a short 10min stroll down the hill from the apartment. No complaints, all was very good! Thumbs up!

Lovely, modern apartments

We stayed here for 3 nights stay. Our apartment was called Clarice. A lovely, modern apartment and very spacious. The apartment was really clean and had all the usual facilities and complimentary items. We had a lovely view of the town from our apartment and two balconies. There's plenty of facilities for guests and complimentary drink and biscuits in reception. Giulia was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We arrived late but she made sure we were able to check in right away and gave us her mobile number in case of any problems. We took a day trip to Florence and she took the time to talk us through how to get there and back on the train and where to visit in Florence. Thanks for a great stay :-)

Excellent option just outside of Florence

We booked two apartments for 17 nights for a family reunion and trip around Tuscany and Umbria, I can say it was the perfect location for a base.
The hotel is small, only a few apartments, but counts with Giulia who goes way and beyond to make you comfortable.
Both apartments were spacious with all things for a long or short stay.
Location is another plus, 5 minutes walk from the train station, connects you in 15 minutes to Florence. Only pay attention as it is an hourly service. Also direct connection to Pisa, Livorno and Empoli.
There are 2 good supermarkets just 5 minutes a way by car, one of them reachable walking.
Few but good restaurants in town too if you decide to skip the big cities.
Access to A1 and other small roads made trips to all over Tuscany very convenient.
Definitely recommend and will stay again if Back to the region.
