Great hotel for a solo traveler. The room size and amenities represent the value that you’re getting. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff is extremely friendly and are at the front desk around the clock. It is about a 5 minute straight walk down the street to the tram system, which allows you to easily access the airport and other parts of the city.

Excellent experience

Excellent value for money. Spacious quadruple room, with private bathroom, toiletries, and top-notch air conditioning. Excellent cleanliness. Free parking in front of the hotel (if you are lucky) or paid parking for € 15 per day. Good breakfast for €6 per person.

Terrible

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
We were three families traveling with children, and the hotel was nothing like the photos shown on the booking website. The room had a strong smell of dampness and cigarette smoke, which made it completely unsuitable for families with children. The air conditioning was also not working, and the room was extremely hot.
After entering the room, we decided within two minutes that we could not stay there because of the smell and the poor conditions. However, the staff at the reception, a man and a woman, insisted that we stay. They told us they would charge us €150 if we left because we had already checked in and received the room key. We felt pressured into staying even though the room was not in an acceptable condition.
The reception staff were also rude and unhelpful throughout the situation. We expected understanding and professionalism, but instead we felt forced to accept a room that was clearly not suitable for our families.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. The misleading photos, the unpleasant smell, the broken air conditioning, and the poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience.

The accommodation was great and very clean. One major issue for me was not being able to sleep because of the noise from the vacuum cleaner and the cleaning staff’s loud phone calls in the morning.

Loved the 2 day stay here! Roomed with my mother and sister and felt very safe as ladies traveling alone. Staff was so sweet and helpful! Would 10/10 return and stay here if in Florence again - thank you for a great stay!
