Splendid place with friendly hosts!

We booked this accommodation for our trip around Toscana. Me and my wife went with our motorcycle and stayed there for a whole week. We cannot express with words how pleasant our stay was! The place was on a perfect location as it was near Firenze, Pisa, Pistoia and everything else you have to visit in Toscana! Empoli is also a nice city. The next fantastic thing was the place itself and the hosts: they had everything prepared for our stay! The kitchen was full with everything and more needed for breakfast, they offered and provided us all the amenities to make our stay as pleasant as possible! We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the look for a quiet, lovely and heartwarming stay in the region of Toscana!

Deception with fake reviews.

As we arrived, the only thing they explained to us is that breakfast is self-service, everything that was there was bagged, even the bagged toast, the empty oil bottle, we left after 4 days and it was empty. The rooms are not cleaned, the towels have not been changed for 4 days. Bad location, you need the car to go anywhere. I don't understand the reviews of this B&B, unless we had the Chinese one.
I may not know how to read, but you lie. I put three photos, 1 of the conversation and another of the services, which clearly shows DAILY CLEANING.

Molto bello

Se hai la necessità di soggiornare a Empoli, questo B&B è perfetto. Belle camere, nuove, pulite e spaziose. Tutto il necessario per una buona colazione, parcheggio interno e grande disponibilità da parte dei gestori che soddisferanno ogni tua richiesta.

Belle stanze, gestori gentilissimi

Un'ottima soluzione per chi debba soggiornare a Empoli e non si dispiaccia di fare circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro pedonale. Camere ben curate, set di cortesia completo ed ecosostenibile, gestori molto gentili e attenti a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Anche con le restrizioni imposte dal covid si sono attivati per minimizzare i disagi. Una pecca:la poca insonorizzazione. Quando gli ospiti della stanza di fianco hanno fatto il check-in o parlavano con un tono di voce alta sentivamo tutto distintamente. Unita al fatto di essere al piano terra con affaccio al piccolo parcheggio interno, questo fa sentire di avere davvero poca privacy.

Aangenaam verblijf

Heel propere B&B, nette en mooie kamer en badkamer. Ontbijt is beperkt (voorverpakte koeken en croissants, enkel koffie of brikjes fruitsap). Soms wat lawaai aangezien de kamers grenzen aan de centrale ontvangstruimte/ontbijtzaal.
Vriendelijke uitbater, proberen Engels te spreken en te begrijpen.
Centrale ligging om alle Toscaanse steden te bezoeken.
