Small but perfect: romantic stay in the heart of Cefalu

We spent a beautiful stay as a couple in arbaria, a small structure but with attention to detail. Despite the small spaces, the environment was clean, tidy and reflected exactly what was described. Even the bathrooms, although small and in some cases windowless, were well ventilated thanks to effective artificial ventilation.
The real strength of arbaria is undoubtedly the location: a stone's throw from the historic center, the Duomo, the sea and also the lively nightlife of Cefalù. We couldn't have asked for anything better to explore the city without having to travel by car.
The holiday home consists of three rooms: a spacious triple double, a standard double and a smaller double, all well maintained, with clean sheets and tidy environments.
The clean sheets, the tidy rooms and the welcoming atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and functional foothold in the heart of Cefalu!

Great location, basic but functional spaces

We stayed at this B&B for a weekend and, despite the spaces are quite small, we enjoyed it. The rooms are basic and basically only used for overnight stays, but they are clean and tidy. The real strength is the location: a few steps from the Duomo and close to the sea, perfect for those who want to experience the city on foot without having to use the car. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the sheets were clean and fragrant. Ultimately, a simple but convenient solution that I would gladly recommend for short stays.

Never again.

Good location because it is close to the Cathedral of Cefalù but the only plus point. The place is located right in the restricted traffic zone so we had to leave the car at the port and walk a long way with bags and suitcases, all uphill and under the sun. When we got to the room we found nothing of what was written on Booking, only dirty and torn sheets, no bathroom products, barely two towels. We tried to contact the property to ask for information and they never responded.
I don't even think the bathroom is up to standard, no fan to ventilate, no window, you enter bent over because the roof is very low and taking a shower is like taking a sauna, you sweat while you wash. The sink is outside the bathroom, in front of the bed, I don't understand why, perhaps because the bathroom is really too small.
However, Cefalù is beautiful and there are many places to stay, don't choose this one.

Modify the bathroom

We stayed two nights, wonderful place. Excellent location near the cathedral and the beach. Very helpful staff but the bedroom was small and the bathroom was very small. An under-stairs room was unthinkable.
