We had a beautiful sea view room, very spacious and extremely clean. A large veranda with two comfortable lounge chairs. Very large bathroom and shower. There wasn’t a coffee machine but I believe we could have asked for one (I would suggest they ask this at check in). A beautiful pool area that we loved.
They have all wonderful staff, they helped with early transport to the ferry and made it so easy for us. Our special thank you to Yapa, our pool side attendant, just amazing! He made our stay extra special!
Last note is in Capri there are many places inaccessible to any transport and this hotel is a walk from the taxi or funicular area, about 10 minutes. It was no issue for us but keep this in mind.

3 nights in Capri
Have been to Capri maybe 8x. First time staying at this hotel. Great breakfast and an excellent location, all within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is well maintained throughout. The pool is beautiful and a great place to relax.
The only area that could make the stay even better is the concierge service. It would be helpful if they took a more proactive approach by offering suggestions, asking guests about their plans, and assisting more thoroughly with reservations to help guide the overall experience. Would stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay. Close to the city center but still quiet with amazing views from the pool.

Stolen Necklace
My recent stay at Hotel Mamela in Capri was unfortunately overshadowed by the hotel’s handling of a lost item.
After checking out on June 12, I realized that I had left behind a gold necklace that holds significant sentimental and monetary value. We are extremely confident the necklace was left in our room, as the last photo taken before checkout clearly shows me wearing it the night before, and it was never packed with our belongings.
What has been most disappointing is not necessarily that the item has not been found, but the lack of urgency and communication from the hotel. Responses have been slow, and there has been little indication that a thorough investigation was conducted. As a guest, I expected a higher level of customer service and concern regarding such an important matter.
Luxury hospitality is measured not only by beautiful rooms and stunning views, but by how guests are treated when problems arise. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling unheard and unsupported.
I sincerely hope the hotel takes lost-and-found matters more seriously in the future and makes a greater effort to assist guests facing similar situations.

The expansive terrace is perfect for lounging, offering stunning ocean views and plenty of space to unwind. It’s an excellent choice if you’re planning an event. The property is located just off the main shopping strip, tucked away in a quiet spot, a short walk from the bustling central square.
