Excellent experience
This is the second time we have stayed at the Conca degli Dei, and once again we were completely satisfied. A special commendation goes to the new management, which has made the stay even more enjoyable thanks to their professionalism, organization, and great attention to the guests.
The villa was impeccable: spotlessly clean, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything necessary. The pool is always perfectly maintained, ideal for both adults and children, and the entire facility is tidy and well-kept. The parking spaces inside are also very convenient.
A heartfelt thank you to the lady, who is always very kind, available, and caring, especially towards our family with two small children. It is rare to find such a warm welcome.
The location is another great strength: the facility is practically by the sea; you just need to cross the pine forest to reach the beach, and with the new promenade, evening walks are even more enjoyable.
Congratulations to the new management for the excellent work done. You can see the passion and care with which the facility is managed. We will definitely return and recommend it without any doubt!

A place to return to
We stayed in this residence for one night; the owners were very kind, the environment was clean and welcoming, and we will return soon.

A bad experience.
Residence in Capaccio, in a very convenient location: about 6 minutes by car from Paestum and less than 5 minutes on foot from the sea (about 300 meters). The pool and the sun terrace are well maintained and always tidy. A positive note also for Giovanni, an extremely kind and helpful person.
Unfortunately, the positive aspects end here.
Traveling with five people, we chose and paid for an apartment with two bathrooms specifically to have more comfort during our stay. It is a pity that one of the two was practically unusable: the toilet's flush did not work, and for six days, we were forced to use a bucket to flush the water. A shameful and absolutely unacceptable situation for a hospitality establishment, especially considering the higher cost incurred specifically to have two bathrooms.
We immediately reported the problem. The owner personally came to assess the issue and assured us that it would be resolved. Unfortunately, it was a promise never kept: throughout the stay, the problem remained unresolved. It would have been much more correct to tell us right away that it was not possible to intervene or call a technician, instead of leaving us in those conditions for six days.
The owner also offered to refund our money and invited us to leave, an attitude we found unprofessional and completely inappropriate. From that moment on, no one proposed a concrete solution, and we stopped insisting, as it was now evident that our reports would remain unaddressed.
On the day of departure, the owner arrived claiming to have fixed everything "in five minutes." However, as soon as we left the apartment, we tried the flush again and it still did not work. An incident that left us even more disappointed.
The cleaning of the room was also very superficial. Upon arrival, we found the iron shutters completely closed, the balconies dirty, and even knives and cups were missing, which the owner later provided us. We wondered how it was possible to prepare the room without noticing these shortcomings. At one point, we even thought we were the first guests of the season in that accommodation, given the state in which we found it, although this would not justify such deficiencies.
The only positive note of the apartment was the air conditioning on the upper floor, which was perfectly functional.
As if that were not enough, we also paid for the entertainment service, which turned out to be completely nonexistent. Charging for a service that is, in fact, not offered is unfair to the guests.
We expected a vacation focused on relaxation and comfort, but we found ourselves dealing with continuous inconveniences, unfulfilled promises, and services far from what was advertised. Based on our experience, we will not return and we absolutely do not feel comfortable recommending this residence.

Un bel weekend
4 days beautiful..... apartments absolutely comfortable and clean..staff available.... nice pool and comfortable bar.... wide spaces... sea at 300 meters with super equipped beaches for disabled people.... Highly Recommendation..... we had a great time

To be redone
I stayed for a family weekend, a classic family of 12 people and 2 dogs.
We were welcomed and treated really well, the staff was immediately attentive and professional towards our different needs.
I will not dwell on the structure of the rooms because I do not know how to define them, they are not rooms, they are not bungalows, they are real houses on two levels with terraces and some with garden, they are simply wonderful and clean. I would live there.
The sea is really 100 meters also there is the free shuttle service made available to the municipality that really works well you would not believe.
Indoor swimming pool , bar service , helpful staff , beautiful houses , indoor parking , it really is a basin where you feel like a god .
