The kitchen leaves much to be desired; the food is partially cold and is unfortunately only kept warm in a water bath, which does not help at all.

Nice pool, but not a 4 star hotel
Although pool has no one to control.
Spacious rooms with plenty of room to put bags and clothing

Air conditioning present even if not too "cold" but still you are fine.
Air conditioning available everywhere in the dining room, in the common areas. So it's okay.
What is not quite 4 stars is the cuisine that is not the best.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner all inclusive, with drinks on tap (also wine and beer) always present from 12 to 22 so very convenient.
Only the main dishes left something to be desired.
Pasta kept warm and the same for the meat that was dry.
Ditto for vegetables quite always the same. It may be fine but I wouldn't say from a 4*
Breakfast already more well stocked.
The cleaning in short....,
We found clean on arrival but did not clean on the second day because they did not make it in time. It wasn't so important to us because we did a few days. But since he pays, I find him unsympathetic. Not to mention that almost all day you see vacuum cleaners and various cleaning items in the corridors.
Let's say not from a 4-star image.
Seriously, the elevator broke for the 3 days we were there.
Taking the stairs without planning it is not the best maybe with heavy suitcases. I dare not think of those who have difficulty walking or have strollers to carry.
Almost all the staff are foreigners, although they understand Italian well.
The staff was very friendly.
Even the clientele in those 3 days seemed almost all foreign.
Please note, for parking you must go behind the hotel not in front where the navigator indicates.
We are not far from Riva del Garda, the varone waterfalls and Lake Tenno. All 3 places worth visiting
