Relax mind and body, enchanting sea view

Enchanting location, with a wonderful view. Oberdan and Laura, the owners, are super hospitable. Room and bathroom top-notch, spacious and clean with everything necessary (I appreciated the kettle with herbal teas and the small bottles of water available) as well as the well-kept garden where you enjoy an excellent breakfast with pastry shop croissants and fresh fruit with an exceptional view of Ancona and the sea. A stone's throw from the center and from Portonovo, the most beautiful beach of the Conero; from here you can reach the villages on the hills like Offagna. If you want to regenerate body and spirit, the B&B D’AGO48 is the ideal place❣️

A unique experience.

B&B in a beautiful 18th-century villa where the owners also reside, with a well-kept garden and a fantastic view. Rooms furnished with antique furniture and bright, giving the feeling of living in one's own home. The owner is simply unique, available, and attentive to any need. And then a complete breakfast served in the garden.
10 minutes from the center of Ancona and the beaches of Conero. Top quality-price ratio

That's great!

We stayed one night for a sporting engagement of my son and , nothing , beautiful surprise : beautiful environment , nice, clean and owner extremely available ! I fell in love with this house in addition to the beautiful view.

If you go to Ancona you must stay here!

Even though I went to Ancona because my father had to undergo medical tests, these 3 days seemed like a holiday to me. And the credit goes above all to this structure and to Oberdan, an exceptional guest. The b&b is very nice, the courtyard with succulents, the garden, the trees, the room with a view of the city and the sea... Truly a delightful place. Everything spotless, spacious, comfortable bed. And above all what made the difference was the hospitality of Oberdan and the very sweet Fred, the sweetest setter I have seen. Lots of little attention and cuddles, helpfulness, pleasant chats, the morning sweet, strictly chosen by me, help with any difficulty, "tourist" advice, he even accompanied my father to the hospital two mornings so as not to inconvenience me. What can I say, I truly felt at home. I also gave my all to the location because, despite not being in the center, it has a bus stop very close, which allowed me to get to the center very easily in 15 minutes. Ancona is very pretty, and if you go there, you must stay here! Thanks Oberdan, to you, your wife and my beloved Freddone.
