Clean room, rooms are small but was okay for a solo traveller. It had air conditioning which was great! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city.

Although the room was small it was fine for the night. Car parking at €20 not far away. Good breakfast and helpful staff . A little noisy at night due to bring above bars but ear plugs provided but didn’t need .

The hotel is located right in the very heart of Galway's Latin Quarter and is vey well placed for shopping, eating and taking in the local atmosphere.
We found the staff and team at the hotel to be very accommodating helping us to settle in and relax.
Also take a few minutes to read the history of Number 7 Cross Street over breakfast in the little green book ;-)
100% would recommend and if visiting Galway again we would not hesitate in rebooking.

If boutique means miniscule, they're nailing it. I don't think I've stayed in a smaller room in my life!
The staff was great, the breakfast was good, it's in the middle of everything, toilet paper was exceptional for a hotel.
I'm not sure who they cater to though. If you have any luggage or toiletries, there's ZERO space for that. No luggage rack, or ANYspace for anything to set anywhere. One nightstand with no plug in for anything. I finally found the hairdryer. Would have taken 3 day's to dry your hair....if there was a plug in to be had. Carpet was really dirty.
For the price they're charging, I'd go somewhere else more civilized.

AMAZING location. Great for if you’re planning on hitting the town and want somewhere near night life and super walkable. Ambiance from the Latin Quarter was great. Saw reviews of it being too loud, but it was really quiet with the windows closed so not sure what that’s all about. Very nice staff and good continental breakfast. Absolutely would recommend
