Clare at the front desk was amazing. I let her know that it was my cousins birthday and that she was a mom of 3 who very rarely ever got a day to herself, Clare responded by allocating us a riverside room and gifting us a bottle of wine, birthday card, and chocolates. So incredibly kind !
The hotel has old world charm. Yes, room carpets could be changed or updated, but we thought it might ruin the old world charm. It is family owned and we really liked that. We would definitely come again. Thank you.

Lovely stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel was cosy and the room was comfortable and clean. We also really enjoyed the garden bar and the warm atmosphere of the hotel.

Lovely two night family stay

Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Two lovely ladies even dashed to out to the car when my dad left a suit behind in the room! Nothing was a problem. Little goodie bag on arrival added to the excitement for the kids. Excellent location and plenty of space within the hotel. Ample parking. Menu was a little limited to eat two evenings in a row. Highly recommend for families. Thank you Park Hotel.

Amazing for the kids just want we wanted

It was amazing staff were so good Mary Dublin couldn’t do enough for us. The only thing the family rooms need is some hooks to hang your wet stuff. The food menu need something different and something easy like toastie wings nachos. We will be back

Excellent location and fantastic staff

The two Mary's on Reception were so kind and helpful with my parents. Dublin Mary truly made their weekend special and is a great asset to the Hotel. The two Joe's in the Bar and JJ excellent service, Joe 1 however in the best Mojito competition won (sorry JJ). Malachy the Deputy General Manager thank you for all your assistance.
Great location, gorgeous breakfast and the 4 young people playing trad music on Saturday night were brilliant. Terrace is gorgeous. Looking forward to returning
