Pure Relaxation
Neano Escape is nestled in the hills of Manggis near Candidasa and is perfectly situated so you can get your ocean views, and look over the beautiful rice paddies, the young staff members of this resort were nothing short of exceptional, if you needed anything they’re there to assist you.
The staff customer service is not only excellent it’s also encompassed by the friendliness and attitude by the staff who make you feel like family while staying in the resort.
The food in the Neano Escape is absolutely amazing and delicious from breakfast to dinner without fail and so much to choose from.
There gym facilities are amazing also along with the wellness spa, my wife’s treatment she experienced was absolutely overwhelming by the feeling of being so relaxed afterwards.
My wife and I regularly come to Bali from Australia and have found our new relaxation area in Bali that of Manggis/Candidasa region.
Thinking of staying here at Neano Escape STOP THINKING and just do it you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful resort, heartless response to helpless animals
A friendly stray cat on Neano’s property was giving birth, and we wanted to help her do so safely. Unfortunately, when we arrived with housekeeping to assist, the staff member pulled the cushion from under the laboring mother. It was clear she intended to throw the cat and her newborns in the trash. We intervened just in time.
Despite our repeated explanations, staff showed a troubling lack of empathy and communication throughout.
The following day, we found the mother and her kittens hidden nearby, slowly drowning in intensifying rain. Once again, Neano staff responded with giggles and complete disinterest. We ordered a Grab and drove for hours to bring them to Villa Kitty, a cat sanctuary in Ubud.
We hope some kittens survived after enduring such trauma.
Neano Escape, if you’re reading this: you should be ashamed of how your staff handled this situation. I would advise anyone with even the slightest compassion for animals to avoid this resort.

Come here for optimal rest
They are super friendly
Renting a scooter from here and then driving to gembleng waterfall is highly recommended! The surroundings are beautiful and you almost only meet locals
