Bad experience
Room cleaning never happened properly, they keep switching off the AC from the reception i have to tell them 100 times to on the AC, there is no telephone in the rooms to reach the reception, every-time you have to call them in the mobile number and the network is poor.
There’s no window in the room and it’s kind of suffocating.
Even for slice of bread it takes 40 mins to reach in your room, very slow room service.
I was very surprised with one thing, i stayed for 10 nights for the business purpose and in between for 2 nights i went to my native place and when i came back after 2 days i found room was not cleaned only the bed was set, dustbin was not cleared and it was smelling, food table was with full of food stains, empty water bottle was not cleared and bed sheet was dirty. It was very frustrating.
Hygiene is the most which is lacking in the hotel.
Not a great choice for a business trip, be very mindful before choosing the stay.
Few team members were very helpful and smiling but overall the stay was not great.

Horrible and scary
We were supposed to reach at 10:30 pm with our two small kids. The person cancelled our room without letting is know
They gave our booked room to someone else. They have a policy to give guests hotel room at a very high expensive rates whoever check ins there.
The staff members are extremly rude and misbehaves with guests.

Good Location Bad Service
Hotel is very dark, no access to sunlight.
Rooms are ok.
Lots of Mosquitos in room, no mosquito repellent.
No parking space.
Early morning check-in & check-out is painful.
